When juicing, is it true that you're supposed to have more fruits than vegetables (and that too much fruit isn't good for you)?
What are your basic juicing ingredients? Kale, cucumbers, celery, and parsley are my basics, and I sometimes use collard greens, spinach, ginger, lemon, apple, lime, and pears.There’s a lot of variety in juicing you don’t only have to use vegetables and fruit. You can use herbs, and protein. It depends on the juice some juices have more vegetables then fruit and other time more fruit then vegetables.
