I spent the day quite literally in the kitchen. The lineup of things:
Dehydrating….bananas and blueberries (yummy!)
Cooking…..Stuffed shells, chicken stir fry, spaghetti squash, acorn squash, mashed potatoes.
Brewed roobius and cinnamon tea, decaf iced coffee
Grilled….turkey kielbasa and marinated steak
And I’m done. Exhausted from being in the kitchen so long but I know multiple people will enjoy my kitchen time when they get their goodies (beef jerky was dehydrated yesterday for the parents per their request, the dehydrated bananas are a yummy surprise). Plus bonus points for essentially lining up the next week and a half of healthy work lunches in one day.
Now relaxing and getting mentally ready for finals week at work. This semester really flew by and I hope that summer does the same.
