Champion Tepin sold for $8million

Bernstein x Life Happened by Stravinsky
She has a 13-4-1 record from 23 starts

Tepin started out as a classy, G3 winning 2yo on dirt and became a legend on the grass. Her fantastic 2015 season included a runaway win at the Breeders’ Cup and she cemented her place among the greats when she became the first foreigner to win the Gr1 Queen Anne at Royal Ascot. Her other major wins include the G1 Delta Downs Princess, G2 Churchill Distaff Turf Mile (x2), G1 Just a Game, G1 First Lady, G1 Breeders’ Cup Mile, G3 Endeavour, G2 Hillsborough, G1 Jenny Wiley, and G1 Woodbine Mile. That amazing record earned her 2 Eclipse Champion Grass Mare awards.

She is a half-sister to millionaire Vyjack and graded-stakes placed Prime Cut. She’s from the same family as Miss Slewpy and Disco Rico - sire of Disco Partner.

She sold in foal to Curlin to Coolmore, who plan to send her to Ireland and breed her to Galileo.

Ramsey Farm just tweeted a few minutes ago that Vicar’s In Trouble came out of surgery great. He is heading to Ramsey Farm to heal and recover.”

He was vanned off the track after suffering a condylar fracture in his left front leg during the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile at Santa Anita on 31 October 2014, and underwent surgery the following day.

I am so happy that he is alright.
Speedy and healthy recovery, Vicar.
