breaking spirits one spirit at a time

Spirit Tip #2

Create a schedule with your spirit companion(s). I can’t stress enough how much this can benefit your relationship(s), not to mention boost your confidence if you’re an amateur spirit worker. Here’s just a couple benefits to consider:

  • Knowing when your spirit companion is actually available to spend time with you will help you learn to sense their presence and feel more secure in the knowledge that you’re not talking to thin air.
  • Guilt-free peace of mind when you flop down to watch Netflix and zone out during scheduled “me time” hours. It’s good to take a break.

Okay, sound good? Let’s talk about how to create a schedule (example below).

If you’re using tools, one of the easiest ways to create a schedule is to use a pendulum. For every “time slot,” pose the following question: “[Spirit], are you available to work with me on [Ex: Monday Mornings]?” Ask twice to be certain! Answers should be consistent. If the final answer is “yes,” mark down an “O,” and if the final answer is “no,” mark down an “X.”

Remember to take your school/work schedule into consideration. If you know you’ll never be available weekday afternoons, for example, let your spirit know and cross out those time slots. Also, I suggest agreeing on a “day off” to let both you and your companion(s) recharge.

When you’re done, I highly recommend asking the spirit how long it should be until you check in with them to make a new schedule. You can do so by asking, “[Spirit], how long should we keep this schedule? One week?” If they say no, then ask, “Two weeks?” Increase the length of time by one week until you get a “yes.” Write down the “expiry date” on the schedule.

That’s it! Feel free to mess around with exactly how you approach this. I hope you and your companions find this system helpful! <3

Spiritual Alchemy : Polarity pt3

Excerpt from The Book of Lambspring

“ The Sages say truly
That two animals are in this forest:
One glorious, beautiful, and swift,
A great and strong deer;
The other an unicorn.
They are concealed in the forest,
But happy shall that man be called
Who shall snare and capture them.
The Masters shew you here clearly
That in all places
These two animals wander about in forests
(But know that the forest is but one).
If we apply the parable to our Art,
We shall call the forest the Body.
That will be rightly and truly said.
The unicorn will be the Spirit at all times.
The deer desires no other name
But that of the Soul; which name no man shall take away from it.”

This is a way to create a better understanding of the different parts by breaking them down into smaller components. This emblem is about the differences that is within us all. Lambspring’s view is the stag is our soul and the unicorn is our spirit. I feel this is more about the act of thoughts and correlation to higher planes. What difference is there between soul and spirit since both are metaphysical.

The forest once again represents our body. Deep with in the forest a stag represents our mind. It states that man will be happy if he can capture them. You can’t capture thoughts as much as being a watcher of them. This is where effort needs to be applied in order to “catch” what you are thinking. Thoughts manifest into reality when proper intent is placed behind them.

The unicorn represents thoughts in its purest form. White is the process of Albedo. The alchmist has broken the darkness of the ego to let the sharp point of the inner being shine through.

If I may add a correspondence: This is the same as Malkuth (stag) and Yesod (unicorn). Malkuth is the physical realm where all the work needs to be done in. Purifying yourself via meditation and other exercises, frees one from the physical. Once freed you are now traveling in Yesod or having an out of body experience. Again the polarity exists between physical and metaphysical.

SpiritConnect Tip

Working with spirits isn’t always the easiest thing to do, and no matter who you are or what you do, you can always remember that you are doing the best that you possibly can, and no one can do exactly what you do. It may get stressful at times, but I believe in you! If you need to, take a break, relax, give yourself time to process through things and figure out what would be the best for you.

Most importantly, remember that you aren’t alone. We are all here for you.

“Most of our lives, most of us live in realities determined by others, imprinted in our brains by education, by religion, by politics, by authorities.” Timothy Leary

It’s time to break free!

series to look forward to in 2016: timekeeper trilogy by tara sim

Every city in the world is run by a clock tower. If one breaks, time stops. It’s a truth that seventeen-year-old Danny knows well; his father has been trapped in a town east of London for three years. Despite being a clock mechanic prodigy who can repair not only clockwork, but time itself, Danny has been unable to free his father.

Danny’s assigned to a damaged clock tower in the small town of Enfield. The boy he mistakes for his apprentice is odd, but that’s to be expected when he’s the clock spirit who controls Enfield’s time. Although Danny and the spirit are drawn to each other’s loneliness, falling in love with a clock spirit is forbidden, no matter how cute his smiles are.

But when someone plants bombs in nearby towers, cities are in danger of becoming trapped in time—and Enfield is one of them.

Danny must discover who’s stopping time and prevent it from happening to Enfield, or else he’ll lose not only his father, but the boy he loves, forever.

》Higher consciousness is a shift.
It is the dramatic re-ordering of ones mindset, which births changes that greatly benefit the body, mind and spirit, as a collective. It is (most often times) marked by considerable expansion of awareness of the inner connectedness of mind, body, heart, soul, spirit and journey, and of the inter-dependent nature of all things. It is a renewing of ones life and reality, rebuilt on a new foundation of truth, peace, strength and awareness. This shift is brought about by the grueling, exhausting, laboring, rough and tough suffering process; through/by way of life lessons, trials, heart break, near death experiences, illnesses, abuse, lost of a loved one, depression, long-suffering and all other traumatic experiences. The shift, through all these sufferings, then leads to a stage of reflection and self-realization. The end result of the shift into higher consciousness is the experience of a new perspective on life, on ones self and personal journey, the reclamation of mental, emotional and physical health, and the discovery of the strength, courage, purpose and fearlessness needed to positively endure, thrive, remain balanced and vibrate higher through all that may come through this lifetime and it’s trying, wavering, changing, yet always in ‘divine-order’ times. Life will happen, but staying connected, aligned and activated with higher consciousness, is like becoming your own super hero, every damn day.
