  1. Make a plan
  2. Eat breakfast
  3. Read, watch, or listen to something educational 
  4. Go for a short walk or do some yoga
  5. Talk to a friend
  6. Drink plenty of water
  7. Clean for 10 minutes
  8. Read before bed
  9. Turn off electronics one hour before bed
  10. Make time for something fun
