By the time he’s a teen, Patrick identifies himself as transgendered, renames himself Kitten and sets out for London with a rock group in hopes of finding his mother. Along the way he works variously as a magician’s assistant, a prostitute and a dancer.
The Danish Girl (2015)
A fictitious love story loosely inspired by the lives of Danish artists Lili Elbe and Gerda Wegener. Lili and Gerda’s marriage and work evolve as they navigate Lili’s groundbreaking journey as a transgender pioneer.
Different for Girls (1996)
Kim Foyle (Steven Mackintosh) is a postoperative transvestite who values her well-structured lifestyle. Soldier’s Girl (2003)

His love for Calpernia Addams, a beautiful transgendered nightclub performer was misunderstood by fellow soldiers and eventually leads to his brutal death.
Right in the midst of important changes in her life, Bree Osborne learns that she fathered a son, Toby, 17 years ago. Bailing him out of jail in New York, Bree poses as a Christian missionary. Was his hair in Sunshine extensions? I thought it was really his hair.
Cillian didn’t have enough time to grow out his own hair for Sunshine so he had to get hair extensions for the Brian Cox/Capa look. He had them when he did the press tour for Breakfast on Pluto in 2005 (coincidentally a set of these photos in the q on Tuesday)
And he discussed his hair/extensions in one of the interviews — “Only 40 per cent of it is mine. I wouldn’t have it so…big.” (X)
