Today’s plant-based exam-fuel breakfast 🌿 chocolate tahini porridge (½ cup oats, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp tahini, ½ cup of water and 1/3 almond milk) chia pudding, dragon fruit stars, dairy free dark chocolate buttons, blueberries, amaranth puffs, cacao nibs, pecans and coconut chips 👌👌 now time to stop procrastinating business statistics 😂😬
Way #latergram of breakfast but today was busy for us. 😎 We left this morning after breakfast and went hiking for four hours. (You can see a few shots in my stories on Instagram.) It was nice and easy and not too hot today. I did get more sun than I expected but at least I used my hat to protect my face. ☀️ Now that I’m looking at this photo I’m a bit hungry again, especially seeing that PB Fit swirl! 😱 We just had a massive dinner too. 😂 I hope you had a good weekend! 🌺
I would eat this every morning if I had the time and the $$ 😩😩 Oats cooked with mixed frozen berries, topped with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit and rawnola (blended up oats, dates, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, molasses and hemp seeds) 😋 (Frozen blueberries in oatmeal is still the best though 👌👌)

Good morning ☀️ I have sunshine in a bowl this morning, not that we need anymore sunshine lately! 😳💦 I thought grapes in oatmeal would be a good idea but it turns out it’s just weird. 😅 I prefer them on their own! 🍇👌

These berries are from the market nearby. Zagreb has 20+ fresh produce markets all through the city. 🍊🌽🌶 Speaking of which, we should probably swing by the market before lunch.
This weekend my goal is to film several videos. One will be a tour of our flat and introduction to Zagreb, another will be how I make my oatmeal…I might make another pizza and film that too. Do you have any suggestions for videos? Anything you’d like to see? 😁
Good morning and happy Friday!! We ventured to this giant supermarket Carrefour yesterday. It had all sorts of international foods (we were looking for tortillas 😉) and I scored this delicious dark chocolate in the Bio / Vegan section! It’s so good on my oatmeal with these strawberries and flat peach from the frutería. Best breakfast! 🍑🍓🍫
Happy Saturday! 😇 I wanted a little bit of everything in my oatmeal this morning. I cooked some frozen berries into the oats for a nice purple colour. 💜 Cherries, blueberries, banana, PB2, chia seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut on top. All the good stuff. 😜 What are your plans this weekend? I think we’ll head to Málaga after lunch. 😎
