french toast….

1 heaping tbsp. ground chia seeds

½ tbsp. maple syrup

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp vanilla extract

4-5 slices bread

mix ingredients , place in fridge 20 mins to activate chia seeds. preheat griddle med heat grease w coconut oil. dip each slice of bread in batter 20 sec each side. place ON griddle & cook till golden brown – 3-4  mins.

I put frozen mashed stawbz  ontop w cocao nibz n syrup. uuuhhhhhyyyyuumm
