東京フロインドリーブのライ麦パン // Rye Bread from Tokyo Freundlieb
I’m so happy that I stumbled across this place. The rye had a great texture and crust, and was very aromatic, with more caraway than I expected. I bought half a loaf for about ¥270 (pictured minus three slices) and made open-faced sandwiches for dinner: smoked salmon with cream cheese and leeks, and pepper-rind pork with sauerkraut and brown mustard. My soul is very happy.
