The Let’s Draw Sherlock challenge that was one of my favorites from a year ago: The Musical Art Challenge.

This was inspired by David Bowie’s incredible song, “Heroes”, and always reminds me of Mary, John, and Sherlock and the fantastic series. Although I’m saddened that Let’s Draw has ended, and regret not being able to participate with the challenges as much as I’d like to, I’m so incredibly thankful for the gift that all the mods have given to all of us, and for the dedication they’ve collectively shown to this fandom since the challenges began time and time again.

There was of course the famous time when we went to a gay club and the table was double booked. We went at the first table and David Bowie and his dear wife, Angie, arrived at the same table. She said to Graham, “Do you know who we are?” And Graham said, “Do you know who I am?” I was kicking him under the table saying, “it’s David Bowie and Angie”, and he’d no idea who they were.

Headcanon: David Bowie appears in Sherlock s4, not as a character, but as himself. He's a client, describing his case, but Sherlock interrupts with "Boring!" and later John asks "Didn't you know who that was!?" and Sherlock is like "Someone famous? Madonna? Who cares?"
