Binds can be very challenging asanas, but at the same time they can offer new perspectives in how to ground yourself, how to feel more aligned with your own space, the dynamics of breath change….and so on… All these aspects take you to become more than ever your own teacher.

Be curious, explore your body and how it feels by adding simple or accessible binds. Marichyasana A, B, C or D offer as well different possibilities.
