🌼 head bob. just let it toddle around on your neck. if you have long hair put it in a bun on top of your head and let it moooooooove you around!!!
🌼 pressure!!!! have someone sit on your lower back when you lay down!!!!! or put some books on your belly’
🌼 idk what it’s called but when you sit criss cross and move forward and back!!! that’s good and nice and twice as good and nice if you grab your shoes while doin it. 😌
