Looking for Alibrandi is one girl’s story of her final year at school, a year she sets herself free. Josephine Alibrandi is seventeen and in her final year at a wealthy girls’ school. This is the year she meets her father, the year she falls in love, the year she searches for Alibrandi and finds the real truth about her family – and the identity she has been searching for.
This was a hard one but the first thing that popped into my mind was this book. I starting reading this book in yr 8. Then in year 9 we had to study this book but still to this day i would read it again, i think overall i have read it over 10 times.
This book might me laugh so much because nonna reminds me of my own grandmother at times and it’s so sad as well this is just all together a brilliant book. And not only that the movie is one of my favourite movies. It is very hard for me to find a movie i like thats based on the book. But both book and movie are great !
amberthebooklion created a tag called Bookr eyes and I decided to participate, especially because I am very self conscious when it comes to my eyes, because of the defect I have in my right one. But hey, I’m embracing it :)
