We have bank accounts, hopefully for the most, a savings account. We put money aside for a rainy day, emergency, or simply build a healthy account for the future. Yoga is much the same, each time you make the effort to get to yoga, you are depositing health chips into you health account that you will use at old age. Yoga prepares your body, you bones, your skeletal and muscular system to stay nourished in old age.. How you live now determined your state of health as you mature. Prepare and live clean!
