Recent @Bntheloop Events: #TheMeetUp Showcase Presented by @HunterisBizzy & @ItsDjFlow.

If you’ve never been been to a Bntheloop Event before you are lacking a ounce of culture & a liter of Baltimore, But no fear because the eats are up right now. This past Sunday we at collaborated with our good friend Dj Flow (Shy Glizzy Official Dj) to bring something fitting to our city showcasing our culture not on a stage but an “ALLEY”…“Graffiti Alley”. We wanted to keep it Raw,Gritty & Street as possible and that we did bring out all of the city to see this was one of the most beautiful,legendary things I ever saw I have to say. Love was shown everywhere you looked that day. Not to mention the live band we brought (The Breedz) that had the whole crowd raging closing out the show. SO much can be said about this event & day, only being the beginning for us just keep you ear open & your eyes peeled. To everyone who had a hand in making this day an ultimate success we THANK YOU forever more!  Bentheloop’s #OndeckUnder30 Showcase (LA Edition) on the way!!

New Music: Kanye West – New Slaves (CDQ Snippet)

The highly anticipated ‘Yeezus" album is schedule to release this month June 18th. So far, there hasn’t been barely any album material besides a Saturday Night Live performance and global projections of the album’s lead single “New Slaves.” But here is a CD-quality 72-second snippet of the song has emerged.

InTheLoop New Video: Kid Cudi Previews New Track At Sxsw.

Last night, Kid Cudi hit up Austin, Texas to give a performance at the Myspace secret SXSW show. After running through his notable cuts, he treated the audience to a preview of a new track by performing a verse acapella. He also mentioned that his ‘Indicud’ album will contain 18 tracks and feature RZA, Kendrick Lamar, ASAP Rocky, Hit-Boy, Too Short, Michael Bolton and more.

Andre 3000 covers the latest issue of Billboard and talks of how he returned to the spotlight for the first time in seven years, with OutKast‘s high-profile reunion tour. Also discussed: his starring role as Jimi Hendrix in biopic Jimi: All Is By My Side. The story finds him in limbo: On one hand, he continues to lay down sought-after guest verses, worth at least $100,000 each. On the flip side, he doesn't feel that he can top the music he created starting 20 years ago and up until OutKast’s last album, 2007′s Idlewild.

Amber Rose is getting back to her modeling career after marrying Wiz and having his kid Sebastian. And from the looks of things she hasn’t missed a step. Amber is flexing in each cover full of color for Unleash’d magazine, which describes itself a publication who displays profiles and art in a visually striking magazine. And the mag is asking folks to vote on which shot they want as the final official cover. Peep each cover above.

Purple Haze’s father Killa Cam continues to be an advocate of this “harlem stick together" campaign. While he links up with hometown round Vashtie for the aptly titled “VIOLETTE HAZE” collection for Summer 2014. Dominated by purple, the collaborative drop includes a terry cloth robe, graphic tees, cropped jerseys, sports bras, and an iPhone 5 case. And the award for trapper of the year goes to…..TT, we all know being fit is in for women right now. And Teyana is a stronger ambassador for it showcasing her body and curve via instagram. Giving the guys something to drool over and the women something to motivate towards with spring/summer quickly approaching. Solange and her new life partner Alan Ferguson flew out to Brazil for their honeymoon celebration. In the small beach town of Trancoso, the couple shared a few photos from the romantic getaway. Apparently, they stayed at the outique hotel Corumbau. The two continue to show off how cool they are time & time again. Congrats to the newlyweds!

We all know New kid on the block August Alsina and R&B vet Trey Songz have similar styles and fan bases. Which adds fuel to the flame of not being to fond of one another. Understandable, and the whole world knowing this 106 & park host takes it upon themselves to throw wood on the flames asking again. @Bntheloop News: ATL’s Newcomer ILOVEMAKONNEN Has Signed To Drake’s OVO Sound Label.

Reiterating his 0 - 100 motto not taking long at all Drake snags ATL newcomer not a moment after lighting up his single “Tuesday”. Artist ILOVEMAKONNEN has signed to Drake’s OVO Sound via the Warner Bros. imprint.

The 25-year-old rapper/singer/producer hails from Los Angeles, recently residing in the ever growing music scene of Atlanta. Earlier this year, ILOVEMAKONNEN released hisself-titled EP, lead by the underground cult favorite “Going Up on a Tuesday.” The popular record caught the attention of Drake, who added a verse on the official remix that’s available now on iTunes.
