Jesus is the Blessed One. When Jesus was baptised in the Jordan river a voice came from heaven saying: “You are my Son, the Beloved; my favour rests on you” (Mark 1:11). This was the blessing that sustained Jesus during his life. Whatever happened to him - praise or blame - he clung to his blessing; he always remembered that he was the favourite child of God.

Jesus came into the world to share that blessing with us. He came to open our ears to the voice that also says to us, “You are my beloved son, you are my beloved daughter, my favour rests on you .” When we can hear that voice, trust in it, and always remember it, especially during dark times, we can live our lives as God’s blessed children and find the strength to share that blessing with others.

Hello I know thill take a bit for you to reply, that's fine. :) I'm new to this whole thing, I would like it to become a little bit more of my routine and my life, as everything I've done has had such a huge positive influence. What is this that I've heard about morning/evening rituals and how do I set that up?

Hey there! Morning and evening rituals are typically very simple things you do in the morning after you wake up and in the evening before you go to sleep (obviously haha). They can really honestly be anything! Some do affirmations to their Gods/Goddesses, others just say a quick blessing for how they want their day to start/be/end. Personally, my morning ritual is jumping in the shower, and letting the water cleanse/purify me for the day. You can make your coffee a morning ritual, or tea as well. Bless it to give you strength and energy to get you through the morning! In the evening I light a few candles, ask for regular household blessings of health and protection, and then check and strengthen my household wards if they need it. Thats about it. Its really simple (at least mine are). But do whatever works for you, and never hesitate to change them if you need to! Setting them up is easy, just start doing it! It takes awhile for things to become habit, so set reminders if you need to, but nothing special needs to be done to get them set up. Good luck!

“Mi casa sera llamada casa de amor.”

it’s hard to bear love in your life after experiencing the worst. but I look into her eyes, and instantly, I am overwhelmed by it.

Milagros.

miracles, plural; she is my blessing after blessing, giving me strength, paciencia, y fe. I don’t even go to church. I doubt the existence of any god. but she makes me believe.

I believe in her. and because of her, I know.

I know that my pain and suffering was not in vain. I know that we are placed on this earth for a reason. I know that I was meant to be her mother and she will do amazing things.

her small fingers curled up on my chest made me weep. her beautiful black eyes made me whole again.

what can she not do?

how could anyone look at her and see anything less than a miracle?

How lovely are Your tabernacles,
O Jehovah of hosts!
My soul longs, indeed even faints,
For the courts of Jehovah;
My heart and my flesh cry out
To the living God.
At Your two altars even the sparrow has found a home;
And the swallow, a nest for herself,
Where she may lay her young,
O Jehovah of hosts, my King and my God.
Blessed are those who dwell in Your house;
They will yet be praising You. Selah
Blessed is the man whose strength is in You,
In whose heart are the highways to Zion.
Passing through the valley of Baca,
They make it a spring;
Indeed the early rain covers it with blessings.
They go from strength to strength;
Each appears before God in Zion.
O Jehovah God of hosts, hear my prayer;
Give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah
Behold our shield, O God;
And look upon the face of Your anointed.
For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand;
I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God
Than dwell in the tents of the wicked.
For Jehovah God is a sun and a shield;
Jehovah gives grace and glory;
He does not withhold anything good
From those who walk uprightly.
O Jehovah of hosts, blessed is the man
Who trusts in You.
