retested the Big Three this week! Bench went from 135 to 145 Squat from 255 to 275 and Deadlift from 295 to 300. I could have gotten more on the DL I think but I had barely eaten and the 300 left me lightheaded.
Progress in my conditioning cut. Currently 208 from 225ish. I haven’t posted a selfie in what feels like ages. So here you go. Yes, I know my headband is upside down. I wear it like that on propose. I am Tired.
