I reckon the Feds sent them anyway. Government probably bred those things to kill black boys. First they sent in drugs, then they sent guns and now they’re sending monsters in to kill us. They don’t care man. We ain’t killing each other fast enough. So they decided to speed up the process.
I’ve debated in high school and have been seeing a lot of arguments stem from discussions about sensitive topics recently. So, I figured why not help others by giving tips so they can have an informative discussion.
Be respectful - your opponent’s opinion may seem ridiculous even wrong to you but they also could believe that about your opinion. So try not to make your opponent seem dumb or inconsiderate because their views are different.
DO NOT USE AD HOMINEM ATTACKS
Try to use legitimate sources as much as possible when using facts.
Listen to your opponent - their side of the debate is just as important as yours, no matter how idiotic or frustrating it may seem to you.
Stay calm - try as much as possible to not get angry, no matter how ignorant the other person’s view may be.
Ask questions - if you don’t understand certain aspects of your opponent’s argument then ask.
Admit when you make a mistake - this is the hardest part of a debate, admitting when you were in the wrong.
hopefully, this will help those of you who wish to change someone’s opinion.
From a boy wizard to an fbi agent going undercover as a white supremacist, Daniel has demonstrated what a dedicated and passionate actor he is and has become. He’s shown us that he’s not only defined by one single character, but that he can expand and portray as many different roles! Happy 28th Daniel Radcliffe! ✨
I saw people drawing personality swap AUs and thought I should post mine too
EXCEPT 5.0.5. stays the same as a universal constant!! I need him to be a soft boi
Officer Flug- No one really knows much about him besides Black Hat. Back in the day, if you paid him enough, he’d assassinate anyone. Heroes, villains, civilians. It does not matter to Flug. When he ‘made’ Dementia, Flug moved from assassinations to selling weapons to villains. Since he is nearly unintelligible wearing his gas mask, Black Hat is his interpreter. Sounds like pyro from tf2
Dementia- She was a brilliant scientist known by a different name back when she was alive. Unfortunately, it caught the attention of Flug and he had sent Black Hat to retrieve her. She was able to fend off Black Hat with her inventions, but that only pissed him off. Instead of returning with her in one piece, Black Hat returned her in multiple pieces. She was reconstructed by Flug and is terrified of Black Hat. (She tries to deny then when he is docile that he is kinda cute looking)
Black Hat- Found by Flug a really long time ago. He has immense power and abilities, but spends most of his day causing minor chaos or lounging around. He is Flug’s lap dog and was usually the one who was sent out to kill people. However, he has a very short temper and will kill anyone who looks at him wrong. No one really knows why someone as powerful as Black Hat would listen to Flug and Black Hat’s responses always vary, but the most common response is “He feeds me, that’s enough for me!”
The Marauders actually kill me because, in the end, they were just four friends who wanted to be heroes and the world utterly tore them to pieces.
Like the majority of the fandom portrays them either as perfect gods or evil assholes, but why can’t we just accept that they were people, people with good points and bad, people who were flawed but tried to do the right thing, people who could’ve lived happily ever after if a war hadn’t come and ripped them to shreds?
Their story is so tragic because they were so real, like James, stupid loyal trusting James, is dead at the age of twenty-one because he trusts too much. Because even though he’s grown up in, and fought in, a war, a war that involves his schoolmates trying to kill him and even though he knows for a fact that someone close to him has been reporting on his movements, he still can’t even conceive that the people he loves would ever turn on him and it winds up getting his family killed. Fiction loves to tell us that trust and love and loyalty will save us and instead they were the one thing that completely undid James Potter.
