“Wait…” Loch’s face lit up with a knowing smirk. “Have you never-”
"No! Now shut up!“ His cheeks grew hotter as Loch sniggered, whilst Bay and Sky looked on in bewilderment.
"Never? Well, actually, I don’t know why I’m surprised…”
"What’s that supposed to mean?“ River snapped, glaring back up at his brother.
"Nothing, sorry,” Loch apologised, though he was still smiling. River bit back a retort, remembering he was trying to stop arguing with Loch so much. “But let me guess, they didn’t ask that on the application forms they sent out, did they?” Loch indicated to Bay and Sky, who were both still confused.
"No,“ River mumbled.
"They wouldn’t have thought of it, really, would they?” Loch mused. “Is it that big of a deal? For you, I mean?”
"I… don’t know.“ River shuffled awkwardly in his seat, unsure how comfortable he was having this discussion with his brother. "I’ve never really thought about it…”
"Never even discussed it?“ Loch looked surprised.
"No. Oli always just…”
"Yeah.” River’s face was still warm but seemed to have gotten over most of the embarrassment. Loch looked like he wanted to say something, but was holding back. River assumed Asher must have spoken to him about cutting back on the snide comments, which River appreciated.
"Okay, what the hell are you two even talking about?“ Sky asked, fed up of being cut out of the conversation.
"If we’ve missed something on the forms, we can-”
"It’s nothing!“ River quickly cut Bay off. He wanted this conversation over with now!
"But if it’s important, surely we should know about it?”
"I really don’t think you want to know,“ Loch snorted as he repressed a laugh. He looked to River, and suddenly they were both giggling madly.
"What?” Sky demanded, hating being out of the loop.
"Honestly, it’s nothing important,“ Loch managed as his giggles subsided. "I can take a look at the forms later, if you like, Riv?”
"Knock yourself out. I think that’s the only thing they didn’t think of, though.“
"Can’t hurt to have a fresh pair of eyes.” Loch stared off thoughtfully. “And then I can at least prepare some questions…”
"Oh, no, you’re not going to interrogate them all and scare them off!“
"I won’t scare them off, just get a good read on them all,” Loch explained as River looked at him suspiciously. He had to admit, it might be a good idea to get Loch’s perspective, he was very good at reading people and their motivations.
"Alright,“ he conceded.
My boyfriend was here today and we watched a movie (Remember me, a very beautiful, but sad movie) and suddenly there was a sex scene. The thing is, i'm asexual and so it was a bit awkward, but than he said: don't worry, just sleeping and waking up together is more than enough. And OMG I was the happiest girl ever on that moment!!! It's so nice that he is so patient with me and that he respects my asexuality.
