When you eat healthy everyday and then your birthday comes around and you decide to indulge, be wary. The effect on your workout & everyday tasks will be crazy. 

I never thought I would feel so sluggish & tired. I mean it seemed like a good idea but I don’t know if it was worth it. 

I struggled through my work out and I’ve been tired all day. I even thought about giving up more than halfway through BUT I didn’t. :) I just hope this feeling goes away soon.

Heres a picture of my dinner. Tonight was leftover night but there were no leftovers for me to eat. I was starving when I got home from the gym so I threw a burrito in the microwave…it exploded. ha Didn’t take away from the tastiness though. I love AMY’S stuff. Also a little salad with vinegar & EVOO drizzled.
