20 Mile Bike Ride results: WHOA! Check out my MAX BPM! I noticed that my legs were seizing towards the end of the ride, but I kept on pushing thru because I felt my body could handle it (which it did). I DON’T RECOMMEND exceeding your max hr/bpm’s like I did today. Make sure to take breaks when you need them and as always, listen to your body. There’s nothing wrong in taking breaks, but please remember to pace yourself on long bike rides.
