Ab Crunch Challenge!

This fitness challenge consists of 5 ab crunch exercises:

  1. V Crunch
  2. Runners Crunch
  3. Reverse Crunch
  4. Diamond Sit-up
  5. Bicycle Crunch

You will complete the prescribed number of reps almost daily for 2 weeks.

The goal is to do 100 crunches at the end.

Of course I’m gonna do it. I’m a fitness addict :)

Only in Montreal would this pass as a viral marketing campaign for milk. At least, that’s what it appears to be. Just as possible that it’s two dudes (and a Furry) trying to break into the music business.
