Self-motivation is something that I’ve lacked for a while. I’m proud of myself for going to the gym about 3-4 times the past 2 weeks, pushing myself to lift heavier to improve. Now I just have to keep that up. Don’t hold back 💪🏽 Instagram: @ajmonteprogress
I still really struggle with biceps. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for months now! It’s kind of disappointing to not see any progress. I’m sure it is partly due to the fact that I don’t really vary my bicep exercises. If anyone has suggestions for training biceps, that would be greatly appreciated!
