bicep progress

Self-motivation is something that I’ve lacked for a while. I’m proud of myself for going to the gym about 3-4 times the past 2 weeks, pushing myself to lift heavier to improve. Now I just have to keep that up. Don’t hold back 💪🏽

Throwback Thursday. There is approx 18 months between the photo on the top left and the photo on the right. The bottom left photo was sometime in between the other 2. My biceps are so stubborn to grow but I keep at them! I don’t always eat enough protein and I’m sure that is part of the reason for my struggle! Regardless - I am happy with my progress. 😀
