Lean experience includes Process Management; Standard Work, Quality Clinic Process charts, Relentless Root Cause Analysis, Mistake Proofing, 6S, TPM, Market Feedback Analysis.
Expertise in managing recruiting and staffing efforts for professional level and hourly workforces. We are certified in behavioral based interviewing and competency based assessment processes.
Expertise in managing Employee Relations initiatives including internal Employee Relations programs and complaint resolution investigations. Expertise in coaching management on employment policies, procedures and regulatory matters.
Employment Law and Regulatory Compliance
Expertise in Equal Opportunity planning. Point of contact for all agencies including OFCCP, EEOC, NLRB, Federal/State Wage & Hour, and Department of Labor for all employment issues (including ADA and FMLA regulations). Expertise in responding to all formal complaints and coordinated all on-site investigations and audit reviews.
