Vitamins for fertility and balancing out your hormones and cycles.

For those of you who are reluctant to medicate with clomid or trying IVF, I spent the last 6 months studying herbalism to cure my PCOS. The use of herbs doesn’t add hormones that may alter other parts of your body but encourage natural hormone production. It took my body one month to correct itself and I went from having no period and no ovulation to having a 28 day cycle with ovulation occurring at day 14. Consult your doctor before using any of these because I AM NOT A DOCTOR. This is just what I take for my specific needs  in PCOS.
