you’re taking requests for Bill Skarsgård can you write one where
the reader is a famous actress and also little Jackson Scott’s big
sister (the kid who plays Georgie) so she attends the premiere with
him wearing a stunning dress as usual, she meets Bill who is
awestruck bc hes a huge fan with a massive crush on her, the kids who
played in the movie myb tease him a little bit, and she’s flattered
and thinks hes adorable idk i like this idea —
is Jackson older sister and Bill is her fan!so when he finds out he
tries his best to get Jackson to introduce them, and when he
does,Jackson can’t help and teels big sis that Bill has a crush on
her and he’s just super adorkable to admit! later they all say that
on an interview, and the kids love to make fun of them
“Jackson please don’t run! Be careful, sweetie, you’re gonna-” you stopped yourself when you heard you little brother giggle and you realized what you’d just said “Oh gosh I am turning into mom!” you breathed out, eyes wide.
Your little brother ran back to you, wrapping his small arms around your legs and you looked down to be met with his adorable smile “Yes you are! But I am always going to love you the most! More than mom and dad, and more than anyone else in the world!” he said and you giggled.
“And you will always be the number one man in my heart, JR!” you leaned down to pick him up and kiss his cheek as he wrapped his arms around your neck with a big smile.
“Even before dad?” he asked and you grinned, nodding your head.
“But we’re not gonna tell him that, because it’s gonna break his heart.” you pouted, and he giggled.
“You bet it will!” your father piped in, saying with a serious nod and you laughed with Jackson as he kissed your cheek before going to help your mother.
“And… even more than him?” he said with what was supposed to be a smirk on his face and you chuckled, tickling his belly.
“You sly little tease!” you grinned as he squirmed in your arms “Alright, maybe I really do like him a little bit but-”
He rolled his eyes so dramatically at you and shook his head “A lot!”
I think it was in this moment that I actually took notice of the bond between Saiki and his dad. Saiki is always helping his dad in different ways (especially with his manga editing job) but whenever Saiki is in need of some help (like when he needed his power controller/hair clip fixed), his dad is the one he goes to. Although he finds his dad to be a pain (as most teenagers do) when all is said and done, that’s his dad and only he is allowed to complain about him. Warmed my heart, it did…
Ok fandom, I’ll meet your “Craig was gay all along and purposely suppressed himself because he lived in a conservative household” and raise you one better.
Of all the gay people in South Park, how many of them would Craig have realistically known?
Now how many of those could be considered a positive influence?
off the top of my head theres…
Ms. Ellen. We don’t know if Craig knew she was rumored to be gay or not, but if he did he still saw her get dragged out as a patriotic traitor.
Big Gay Al. He’s sweet and supportive yes, but publicly shunned for being so flamboyant. We don’t see Craig in his boyscout troop either and coming from such a conservative household, I would bet real money that his father was not shy about why he wasn’t allowed to go. A lot of conversations about Big Gay Al and his Troop would have loudly come up. Nothing nice and all around the kids.
Mr Slave. Again, a really nice guy, but very stereotypical gay, REALLY KINKY, and generally shunned for it.
And finally Mr Garrison who…. Do I even need to say anything about him, and how loud all his sexuality issues were, how he’s viewed by the public, and what kind of impression that would make on any child?
Craig has literally never had a positive gay roll model, gay jokes boil down to “haha you like penis you looser”, and Mr Garrison was the most influential gay person in his life for years.
Can you blame the kid for back peddling as far away from that label as
he could as fast as he could?
One of the hints that Craig was always gay that people are using is him using hypermasculinity in front of his family and peer when his sexuality was questioned but what if he’s just a hypermasculine boy? Until recent seasons, gay and flamboyancy always worked hand in hand, there was literally no separation of the two and a young kid isn’t going to be able to make that distinction. How long was he using the logic of “Not flamboyant = not gay” towards himself.
To make it worse, there was the episode “South Park is gay” which was probably SUPER confusing because if your a young gay child, and you’re told gay people are flamboyant, and then suddenly your allowed to be flamboyant but it’s only ok if your not gay, if your doing it for the chicks? Even your dad is into it? That’s a pretty easy logical reach around to flamboyancy not being the problem, but being gay being the problem.
(Side note, I love how totally into Metro-sexuality Craig was. He tried it on for size and… kind of liked it, a lot? If he was questioning himself back then, you bet he was using the opportunity to be out and proud with a nice little cover to draw back on if it went bad. I’m sorry fandom, Tweek would not be the faux effeminate lispy gay in the future. If it was destined to be either of them, it would be Craig. Neither of them have to be, but if either of them would embrace the lifestyle for any point of time, it would be Craig.)
We get more LGBT acceptance in current seasons but everyone just seems confused by it. Parent’s are suddenly happy about and LGBT presence in their town, where before they were publicly shunned. And there’s no explanation for these kids. It basically boils down to “The Town is PC now” but to the kids their exposure to PC is PC principal and they all think he’s weird and lame and kinda scary so like, they have no context for gay acceptance. They have no reasoning, no way of processing this way of thinking they’re suddenly supposed to have so like no wonder the town is so bad at acclimating?
Which, if you adhere to the “Craig was gay all along” thing, makes his dad’s little speech at the end of Craig x Tweek all the better. Because of the surface it’s the last nail in a coffin, these two boys being forced to be something they’re not. But with them actually being a couple now, with the idea that Craig was gay all along, it’s probably the first time that Craig has ever heard something positive about being gay with some sort of valid reasoning, and in this case it’s “I want you to be happy” and it’s coming from his Dad of all people.
(Note: I love how all these gay all along theories are all about Craig and not Tweek, because the Demi crowd took one look at Tweek’s progression vs his positive interactions with Craig and basically went “Same” and now Tweek is Demi)
There are only three days a year on which Lucas Sinclair wakes up even earlier than usual: Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. The latter two involve sneaking quietly into the kitchen to prepare fluffy buttermilk pancakes for breakfast in bed. After that, Father’s Day consists of driving out to the amusement park and accompanying his dad on all the biggest, faster roller coasters. Over dinner, Lucas asks his father to recount stories from his past: his days in college studying physics, meeting his mother at the theatre, training for the army, his past playing in a jazz band. They’re stories Lucas has heard dozens of times, but he knows his father loves telling them. And he loves hearing them.
When Felix says he was somewhere on holidays with his parents he means that they actually were spending time together.
When his classmates say they were somewhere with their parents they mean the servants were spending time with them meanwhile parents were minding their own business.
This leads to some misunderstanding when they are comparing expirences.
a few people have wanted to see my design for Father Walter Craven’s family, specifically his older sister because they are close! so i finally put my concepts together and designed her. she’s an elementary school teacher and tattoo artist who is VERY avid on movements toward saving earth and its inhabitants, from all sorts of animals to all kinds of people.
she lost her lower arm in her early 20′s [ due to a car crash where she tried not to hit an animal ] and finds it fun when her students think her prosthetic’s cool. she got her other arm’s tattoo because she thought it was a cool concept! under a black light it looks glow-y and blue, which she also likes to share with her students! as well, she likes to dye her hair and has probably gone through every color and style.
Father Craven and her are and always have been best friends. she wishes he weren’t so busy all the time to come down and visit her nowadays.
the more i dig into the history behind hamilton the weirder the details get
so the story behind the reynolds pamphlet is a little more complicated than made out to be in the play. the people who originally confronted hamilton about his presumed speculation were actually james monroe (another virginian *hint hint*) and a guy named frederick muhlenberg, which they did after james reynolds had been arrested. to clear his name, hamilton revealed all of the dirty details of his relationship with maria reynolds, including handing over all the letters between maria and himself to monroe. now monroe and muhlenberg are satisfied by this, and don’t charge hamilton with anything. the story could have ended there but monroe decided to be a douchebag and send the letters to a close friend for shits and giggles, who just so happened to be none other than thomas fucking jefferson. what does TJ do? he holds on to them and uses them five years later to start some shit, spreading rumors about hamilton. same year, a journalist named james callender (who was known as a “scandalmonger” and later reported on TJ himself and his possible relationship with his slave sally hemings aka the country’s second big sex scandal aka exactly what jefferson deserved after all this shit) starts printing all sorts of pamphlets about hamilton and maria, including some of the letters hamilton gave to monroe (gee, i wonder where callender got them from???). hamilton, being hamilton, confronts monroe, who was apparently a real dick, because he denies any responsibility for the leak. hamilton calls him a liar (and he was right) and monroe turns around and calls him a scoundrel and challenges him to a duel. at this point the story gets even more interesting because 1) it is now extremely obvious that our country was founded by 8 year olds, 2) hamilton was actually not the one who threw down the gauntlet, and 3) most importantly, the duel never happened because someone talked them down. guess who it was. fucking guess. it was aaron fucking burr
anyway hamilton then goes on and publishes a 95 page pamphlet (jfc alexander) explaining the situation, which of course is the one that the song in the play is about. another fun tidbit though is that maria and james reynolds were actually divorced by the time all of this came to light, and maria was represented in court by none other than aaron fucking burr
