Because we’re more than sisters. We chose each other. We’re best friends.
—  Agatha, The School for Good and Evil #3: The Last Ever After by Soman Chainani
The trouble is, I am not at peace with myself; I am not always “something,” and if for once I am “something,” I pay for it by “being nothing” for months on end.
—  Franz Kafka, from Letters To Felice
What they don’t understand about birthdays and what they never tell you is that when you’re eleven, you’re also ten, and nine, and eight, and seven, and six and five, and four, and three, and two, and one. And when you wake up on your eleventh birthday, you expect to feel eleven, but you don’t. You open your eyes and everything’s just like yesterday, only it’s today…Like some days you might say something stupid, and that’s part of you that’s still ten. Or maybe some days you need to sit on your mama’s lap because you’re scared, and that’s the part of you that’s five. And maybe one day when you’re all grown up maybe you will need to cry like as if you are three…Because the way you grow old is like an onion or like the rings inside a tree trunk.

The tighter you try to hold on to someone, the more likely it is that they will slip through your fingers. Just be yourself and trust that things will happen as they’re supposed to. What is it worth anyway if they want to leave, but you keep them through trickery, lies, deception or other negative methods? If their love for you alone is not enough to make them want to stay, then let them go. It will free you up for the right person who will walk through fire, risk life and limb, unselfishly put your needs first, and who wouldn’t leave your side for a lottery payout. You best believe that.

But Dean he’s your ANGEL!

No matter how strong you are, there is always someone who can make you weak…

When you know Ship is about to go down…

“How can this be… His power levels… How can a mere human?!”
