This is a long listen, but it is full of excellent information on microexpressios, including some context for what different microexpressions might mean in a given situation.

apparently some special new episode of bbc sherlock aired the other day and i didn’t hear or see anything about it and i just want to thank all of you. u kept that shit off my dash and out of my life, a dream i could not have even imagined was possible a mere two years ago. im sure there were people blogging about it, but none of u posted a single thing. i trusted u and u came through. “when there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you” - winston churchill

btw there’s a thingy called ao3rdr that lets you blacklist tags on ao3 (and a bunch of other things too, apparently) i found out about this from another post but it was a fandom post that i didn’t know about and also different from what the op was talking about in the first place.

blacklist your notp. blacklist your triggers. blacklist it all.

ideas for 2016: drink more water. see some movies and do some things by yourself. hold doors open. give compliments. spread a little kindness. give yourself time to be upset. treat yourself to luxuries when you need them. learn more about things that interest you. get some sleep. pet some dogs. have a happy new year.
