I think I’m looking better than I ever have
(aside from this bug bite that won’t go away)
, but I feel tired and cranky most days. I want to look a certain way for my convention so I keep on trucking. Work doesn’t help, but neither does lifting while eating a certain way.
So, gentle reminder that the goal shouldn’t be to look like a model every day.
It should be to be happy and healthy. This kinda stuff really sucks, so please make your goals realistic. Eat healthy and get 8 hours of sleep, pretty please.
