This is my entry for @roxy-davenport‘s Adult SPN June Writing Challenge
My prompt was “No. Tonight I want to hear all those pretty noises you make.”

You were sound asleep when you were startled awake by the front door of your house opening. You immediately grabbed your gun from beside your bed and got up, ready to take care of yourself.

“It’s just me, Sug,” Benny’s voice said from the living room, “I can hear your blood pumping from here. I didn’t mean to scare you so badly.”

You sighed and put your gun down, sitting down on the bed, trying to calm yourself down as Benny walked to the bedroom, “You scared me,” you said softly, “I didn’t know you were coming home yet.”

“I’m sorry, Darlin’,” Benny said, kneeling down in front of you, “I thought I’d surprise you, but I didn’t think about how much I would scare you.”

On Saturday June 27, 2015 well over 300 Albert Einstein look-alikes gathered in Losa Angeles to break the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as Albert Einstein. The previous record was set in March 2015 by 319 students at Black Pine Circle School in Berkeley, California.

In addition to their awesome attempt at a new world record, the mass gathering of people sporting white wigs and bushy white mustaches raised money for School on Wheels, a non-profit organization dedicated to tutoring homeless children.

The stand-out Einstein of the day was 81-year-old Benny Wasserman, who bears such an uncanny resemblance to the Nobel Prize-winning physicist that he actually works as a professional Einstein impersonator and actor.
