bend kick

so apparently femshep’s official height is 5′3″, and garrus’ is 7′. that’s a height difference of a whopping 21 inches. I’m honestly so disappointed that this isn’t addressed in-game because you just know he’d absolutely rip the piss out of her for it

“hey shep I’m pretty sure alliance regulations say that anyone under 5′7″ has to use a booster seat in the mako…”

garrus…kiss ur tiny angry girlfriend before she decks you…

My early bird front porch with coffee time was interrupted this morning.

Just as the sun broke over the trees, the very old man who comes round on occasion searching for firewood, made the bend in the road, kicking up the dust.
He lives down river and drives a very old Chevy truck, that only leaves his yard when his woodpile runs low. I drive past his property from time to time and there is usually a lazy trail of smoke rising from the chimney of his cabin. I have never been inside but I am certain that he has no electricity, and the wood is his only source for cooking, heat, and such.
Last time he was up this way I had a tree that had been hit by lightening.
There was an enormous pile of wood sitting out by the road, and he took it all. For days I kept hearing him pull up in his old truck, over and over, and so I went out each time to load the wood for him. I even offered to have someone deliver it for him, but he wouldn’t hear of it.
This morning he pulled up at the end of my drive, and just sat there. (That’s my cue to come down and chat.)  As I approached his truck he said “Guess I run you outta wood- son”.  "Yes sir" I replied. He just sat there looking down the road for a moment. “Don’t know where any more is do ya?”. I answered "No, but I have a chain saw, and if you find any downed trees just come get me and I’ll come help you cut it up”.  He nodded his head in affirmation as he continued to stare down the road.  Then out of the blue he said “She’s about to go bad son, best be gettin yourself ready”.  I looked at him questioningly, and when I didn’t respond he finally looked at me and continued “The world boy, it’s commin undone, and you best be ready when it does”.  "Yes sir I will",  I said earnestly. He seemed satisfied with this, and without another word mashed the clutch and geared the truck into first, then drove away.
Now I am sitting here, with a deeply uncomfortable feeling in my gut, and my coffee has gone cold.

HEAR: This one hits right in the feels. Rising production talent, Erik Soto, returns with an elegant and sensual new track entitled, “LMLY.” Taking Marion’s vocals from his 2004 RnB classic, “Let Me Love You,” and bending the pitch up and down to create an entirely new sound for the acapella, Erik is able to transform an urban hit into a soulful, future-inspired electronic jam to provide a new life for these lyrics and vocals. The bass in this track is simply incredible, sliding and bending along with the kick drums to add a strong low-end underneath the emotion-driven chord progressions.
