A/N: Continuing this is all I’ve been thinking about and since a lot of you have been requesting it too, here’s the second part! Ahh I can’t believe I’m writing again - it makes me very happy and also, thank you for still sticking around and reading my writing! I hope you guys still like all of this despite my hiatus :P
The stubborn voice in your head didn’t want to really admit how ridiculous you felt at the moment. So much so that if anyone caught you and asked you why you were pouting, you would openly deny it. Though you didn’t exactly wear a scowl on your face, just that something was obviously off about you after lunch. Stephanie noticed and Katie certainly sent a raised eyebrow to your way a couple times but you chose to ignore it as you dealt with customers and mixed drinks with a smile. You hadn’t told her a single thing about your encounter with the dashing boy from the magazine cover.
commission for @lenaa-chwann! Thank you SO much for commissioning, my dear! You are so kind and sweet and I love your posts! <3

Natsu swung his right fist in a right hook, hitting the punching bag square in the middle. Smirking at his aim, he repeated the motion again and again. Then, with his left fist. He needed to get stronger.
Her blonde ponytail flashed before his eyes, and he knocked the punching bag into the air and it hit the ceiling. Erza clapped from behind him, and he bowed sarcastically at his coach.
“How was that, your highness?” Natsu asked with a grin. Grimacing at his cut lip, he wiped it clean of new blood before looking Erza in the eyes.
“Good. You’re getting stronger, Natsu. Now we need to train you to fight for real,” Erza said with a soft smile, putting on her boxing gloves.
“I’m gettin’ there, Erza. Just give me a few more days.” Natsu tipped his head down.
“You don’t have much time left. Are you positive she will be alright until then?” Erza replied as she threw a few practice punches at the bag.
“Yeah, she’ll be okay. We’ve got time,” Natsu took to the other side and uppercut the punching bag. Frowning, he pursed his lips and shook the hopes that she did have enough time out of his head.
It was time to train, not to worry about some girl.
“Ready?” Erza asked, squaring up to box with her trainee.
What do you think of Kakairu? Tbh I didn't know it was such a popular ship but I don't understand why. I don't feel like their personalities mesh well together?
Those are about my feeling, tbh. It’s one of those gateway ships into liking slash, which I think is my main problem - not so much with the ship itself, (though I agree with you, and I don’t think they’re all that great together), but with how people write them. There are exceptions, of course, but for the most part they get shunted into seme/uke tropes that overpower their personalities for the sake of “look at me sinning with my slash ship”, which is…aggravating.
Beyond that, I don’t really connect with the fandom interpretation of Iruka as Immediate #1 Naruto Supporter and Hidden Badass. I do like him quite a bit in canon, but him being written as that (usually with an added edge of Gorgeous Blushing Gentle Sweet Uke) just doesn’t work for me. Also, it kind of feels like they get shipped a lot just for the sake of having a Kakashi slash ship? I think it was @bella11rules who pointed it out, but before Obito and Yamato were introduced, Gai was kind of the only ‘yaoi option’ for Kakashi beside Iruka, and because Gai isn’t stereotypically attractive, KakaIru became a thing.
Granted, this is very much generalizing things. There are KakaIru writers who portray them differently, and who ship them for other reasons, but after digging through the tag on both AO3 and FFNet, this is how I tend to take things. Just - stereotypes and slash for the sake of ‘sin’ in large part, even beyond my personal feelings that they don’t mesh.
happens three days after Kara, well, Supergirl, saves her for the fourth time.
It’s also after the third time Lena’s almost been dropped from Kara’s arms.
It’s not Lena’s fault she almost falls, really it’s not. She
can’t exactly prepare for being swept
off her feet by a gorgeous blonde. She usually just tenses, tucking her arms
close to her sides and waiting for Kara to sweep her away. She can’t help how
stiff she gets. As much as she trusts Kara, as much as she loves being held by
her, heights are just not her thing.
I just completed this commission for commander-shakarian of Shepard - in this gorgeous dress - being dipped during a dance by Garrus. I don’t usually get to do this kind of detail work, so this was an absolute pleasure to work on. Thank you!
Here’s a detail shot of the dress (because i had a lot of fun on it):
