I’ve tried to eat healthy and exercise so many times and I always end up pigging out on junk and being a lazy fuck and not doing any exercise! 😕
I need a plan that will work!! Since it’s the first of August maybe I could start the blogilates workout plan? 💪🏼
To make this actually work, I’ll try and post how I’m going on this blog every day. Doesn’t matter if no one reads it 👀 it will just be for me to hold myself accountable xo 😊 If anyone does read this, please send me tips on how to stick to a healthy lifestyle! (If you have any) 💕

This is probably one the cheesiest post I’ve ever made! I found that old background picture from a family photoshoot in 2012. I was 200 pounds up until April 2013, when I decided I needed to change my life. I am so grateful I did.

My entire life I have felt like there is always something holding me back from doing the things I love. That ‘something’ is my weight. I’ve always been bigger than most girls, but now it’s getting to the point where it’s stopping me from moving forward in life; it’s stopping me from chasing my goals. And I’m not okay with that. So I’m making a change. From now on I will be exercising and eating healthy to help me shake that weight. There is no excuse for being unhealthy and uncomfortable in your own skin. I now know this, so I will do everything in my power to change myself, and be confident. These are my before photos, I can’t stand to look at them because of how utterly unattractive I look. But hopefully by posting this it will motivate me to move forward. So, I invite you to join me on my journey. I will be posting weekly with updates. My starting weight is 91.7kg
