pet peeve:

when people can’t tell the difference in the way a horse looks in different points of the stride.

  • your horse in a downwards part of a stride like this:

yes, it’s going to look heavy on your hands and behind the vertical.

  • even if 0.2 seconds later it looks like this:

(also vice versa, you can’t selectively choose photos of the most upwards part of the stride to say ‘look this horse is never btv’ or ‘wow it’s so light’)
