because yeah he probably said it to point out the class difference between them and that they could never be family not really

Warnings: I don’t know if this is really a warning, but I felt like I should add it. If you’re color-blind in anyway or deal with anything similar this may be sensitive to some. Writing this definitely me think about how some people may not see colors and I tried to grasp the feeling in this fic.

Request from @palebun-16 :  Hello!! Could I request a peter Parker x female reader soulmate au where when you see your soulmate you start to see colors and peter sees them but only as spider man? And then the rest is up to you! Thank you!

A/N: Thank you for your request @palebun-16 ! This request really made me think. I thought it was a super clever idea and then I got scared because I had no idea how I was going to do it justice. It’s such a cool concept that I didn’t want to ruin. It was definitely a challenge for me! I’ve always struggled with writing but really appreciate the support and feel like I am improving. :) I hope you like it! Let me know what you think and requests are still open! We do have a few still were working on so it might take a while, but we are determined to do them all so thank you for your patience!

Living in a colorless would can get quite boring, well to you at least. Everyone seemed to be used to seeing in black and white until finding their soulmate. A lot of people didn’t even seem interested in seeing colors, but that was not your case. Being a hopeless romantic gave you the dream to find that one person that would be your true love, and along with that came with the dream of seeing color. You couldn’t help but imagine what it felt like to have that one person that cared for you so deeply, and to care for them as well; having each other’s backs and going through life together as a team.

Hogwarts Under the Carrows

Nearly everyone knows that Hogwarts underwent a serious regime change in DH. But because we’re not seeing it firsthand, it’s easy to forget exactly how bad things were at Hogwarts.

When the trio meets up with Neville, they’re horrified by the “gouge marks on his face” and the fact that “one of his eyes was swollen yellow and purple.”

What We Know:

1. Life with the Carrows made Umbridge look like child’s play.

Like Umbridge?“

“Nah, they make her look tame.”

2. Every student was required to take a class that was essentially pro-Voldemort propaganda, and another class that consisted of dark magic.

“Amycus, the bloke, he teaches what used to be Defence Against the Dark Arts, except now it’s just the Dark Arts. We’re supposed to practice the Cruciatus Curse on people who’ve earned detentions – ”

“Alecto, Amycus’s sister, teaches Muggle Studies, which is compulsory for everyone. We’ve all got to listen to her explain how Muggles are like animals, stupid and dirty, and how they drive wizards into hiding by being vicious toward them, and how the natural order is being reestablished.”

3. The Carrows were more lenient with purebloods than with half-bloods, probably on Voldemort’s orders.

“What? This?“ Neville dismissed his injuries with a shake of the head. "This is nothing, Seamus is worse.”

“They don’t want to spill too much pure blood…”

"But you are a pureblood, aren’t you, my brave boy? Voldemort asked Neville, who stood facing him, his empty hands curled in fists.

"So what if I am?” said Neville loudly.

“You show spirit and bravery, and you come of noble stock. You will make a very valuable Death Eater. We need your kind, Neville Longbottom.”

Whether or not they intentionally treated students differently in order to drive a wedge between students, there’s a good chance that it created conflict.

3. The entrances and exits of the school were being guarded by dementors and Death Eaters

“There’s no chance of getting through any of [the secret passages] now, not with the curses over the entrances and Death Eaters and dementors waiting at the exits.”

The dementors guarding the castle were probably less controlled than they were in PA, and posed a greater risk to students. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the Death Eaters guarding the castle could probably come and go as they please.

4. The Carrows used torture and physical violence as a form of on-the-spot enforcement as well as in detentions.

Yeah,“ said Neville. "That’s how I got this one,” he pointed at a particularly deep gash in his cheek, “I refused to [perform the Cruciatus curse].”

“Terry Boot got beaten up by Carrow for yelling about [the Gringotts break-in] in the Great Hall at dinner!”

We’re supposed to practice the Cruciatus Curse on people who’ve earned detentions – “

“…Michael Corner went and got caught releasing a first-year they’d chained up, and they tortured him pretty badly.”

5. Students sometimes disappeared without warning, and didn’t always return.

“The only people in real danger are the ones whose friends and relatives on the outside are giving trouble. They get taken hostage. Old Xeno Lovegood was getting a bit too outspoken in The Quibbler, so they dragged Luna off the train on the way back for Christmas.”

“It had worked really well, kidnapping kids to force their relatives to behave.”

Any muggleborn who had managed to lie their way into continuing to remain at Hogwarts and anyone with particularly outspoken family members would spend every day wondering if it would be their last at Hogwarts.

6. The D.A. became more of a resistance movement than a defense club.

"The Carrows never rumbled how we were communicating, it drove them mad. We used to sneak out at night and put graffiti on the walls: Dumbledore’s Army, Still Recruiting, stuff like that. Snape hated it.”

“Yeah, well, I couldn’t ask people to go through what Michael did, so we dropped those kinds of stunts. But we were still fighting, doing underground stuff.”

Even after they cut back, they’re still “doing underground stuff.” The entire central mission of the D.A. has shifted, and the stakes have gotten significantly higher.

The Girl Friend

Cas stood outside the door to the Winchester house.  It had been several weeks since he’d been inside, and it had been months since the time before that.  He and Sam were still good friends, but he definitely had his reasons for staying away.

He was only here now because of Sam’s graduation party.  Sam was going to graduate high school in another week and head off to college and leave Cas behind.  A one year age difference didn’t seem like much until that huge gulf between high school and college opened up between them.  He didn’t think their friendship would disintegrate, but it definitely wouldn’t be the same.

The one bright spot in all of this was that Dean would be coming home.  He hadn’t lived at home after freshman year, opting to take summer classes and get a job to make some spare cash.  He had graduated college a couple of weeks earlier.  The Winchesters had gone to celebrate and come back with the news that Dean had gotten a job in a city over two hundred miles away.  He was never going to come back to Lawrence.

Cas felt hollow when he thought about how he might never see Dean again after today.  He’d barely seen him in three and a half years.  When Dean came home to visit his family, Cas couldn’t bring himself to accept Sam’s invitations to come over.  He’d emailed Dean a couple of times, but he was way too shy to do it regularly.

All because of that snafu three and a half years ago.  That little misunderstanding that had happened when Cas had waltzed in his front door proclaiming that Dean had proposed to him.  His mother had stormed over to the Winchesters’ house demanding to know what an almost nineteen year old adult was doing that made a thirteen year old kid think they were engaged.  She’d actually accused Dean of having sex with Cas and called him a pedophile in front of his entire family.

The whole ordeal had been frightfully awkward and embarrassing for everyone involved.  Once Castiel was able to explain himself—and that had been another layer of humiliation—his mother had apologized profusely, and then run out of the house with Cas.  As a result, the Novak and Winchester families didn’t socialize anymore.  It wasn’t because anyone was angry at anyone else, but Cas’ mother was too mortified to see them.

Cas and Sam had been fine, but Cas had been much too embarrassed to show his face to John or Mary Winchester.  After all, he’d been a rational (well, as rational as a thirteen year old could be) person and yet had still been skipping singing about marrying their oldest son.  It was probably just weird and awkward by this point in time and no longer cute and harmless.  In full disclosure, Castiel didn’t even know if Dean liked boys.  He’d never taken the time to figure out if he himself liked boys or girls or both or nobody.  He’d just been so focused on Dean that he assumed his preferences lined up the right way.  He’d never bothered to find out if the same was true for Dean.

Really, he shouldn’t have come, but Sam was his best friend.  And it had been three and a half years.  Surely that was enough time for bygones to be bygones.  Cas rang the doorbell.  Mr. Winchester answered.

“Cas.  You’re early.”

“Yeah…Sam asked me to come over early.  I hope that’s okay.”

“Yes, of course.  And you can tell your mother it’s okay too.  The child predator hasn’t come home yet.”

Cas dropped his head and covered his face with his hands.  Mr. Winchester laughed and slapped him on the back.

“I’m just teasing, Cas.  Sam’s upstairs.”

“Thanks,” he mumbled and raced up the stairs.

Sam was in his room listening to some indie folk singer that he kept trying to foist on Cas.  He resisted his friend’s attempts to change his musical interests from classic rock.  He didn’t know why he liked it so much; it just made him feel good when he listened to it.

“Hey, Cas.  You okay?  You look a little…red.”

“Your dad reminded me that my mom is crazy.”  He flopped onto Sam’s bed.

Sam chuckled and moved to sit next to him.  “Sorry.  He can be an ass sometimes.”

“I think he’s warranted a little leeway with that topic.”

“No, he should just let it go.”

They talked for over an hour, mainly about what Sam was doing to get prepared for going away to Georgetown University.  He wasn’t leaving for three months, but it was the most interesting thing happening in their lives currently.  During a natural lull in the conversation, Sam rolled over to his stomach and propped himself up on his arms so that he could look at Cas.  Sam just continued to look at him, waiting, and not speaking.  Finally Cas rolled his eyes and looked away.

“How’s Dean?” he asked, annoyed that he wanted to ask about him so badly and that Sam knew it.

“He’s good,” Sam said.  “He’s really excited about his new job.  And he says that’s looking forward to living in St Louis, but I think he’ll get homesick for Mom pretty quickly.”  Sam sniggered at his brother’s expense.

Cas smiled and wondered what Dean might be like in St Louis.  Would the city be big enough for him?  Or would he need something even greater like Chicago or New York?  He was lost in a fantasy of bumping into Dean on a New York City sidewalk some day, the two of them then engaging in a ridiculous “Dancing in the Rain” number together, so he didn’t notice the odd look on Sam’s face right away.

“He, uh,” Sam said, “he’s also always talking about his friend, Charlie.  Like how cool she is and how smart and how cute.  And how he’s not afraid to do nerd things with her.  I think he really likes her.  He hasn’t said anything, but…we all kind of think that she’s his girlfriend.”

With each word, Castiel’s stomach twisted nauseatingly and his chest tightened uncomfortably.  He looked at the ceiling.

“Why are you telling me this?” he asked, trying to sound casual–and failing if the waver in his voice was any indication.

“So that you’re prepared when you see them together.  He’s bringing her home to meet us.  And she’s going to be at the party tonight.”

“So?  I’d like to meet his friends.”

“Cas…I don’t want you to get hurt.  I know you still carry a torch for Dean.”

Cas sat up and swung his feet off the bed, putting his back to Sam.  “I don’t carry a torch for him,” he said softly.  He laughed sadly.  “I’m in love with him.”

Sam gingerly got up and sat next to Cas.  “But, you’ve barely spoken to him in almost four years,” he said gently.

“It doesn’t matter.  He’s been there for me when I needed him.  Like, when my dad had his heart attack, he called me and stayed on the phone with me for hours.  And he sent me an email encouraging me to stick with soccer when I got cut from the JV team freshman year.  That’s more important than filler everyday talk.  He’s just important to me.”

“I know,” Sam said, awkwardly placing a hand on his shoulder.  “I mean, maybe Charlie doesn’t mean anything to him.”

A couple of hours later, it was pretty apparent that Charlie meant a lot to Dean.  He had a constant smile on his face around her.  He laughed at all her quips, and more amazingly, she laughed at all of his terrible jokes.  She was friendly and very clever and everyone loved her, especially Dean’s family.  The worst part was that Cas liked her too.  They’d had a conversation about their favorite RPG’s for twenty minutes, and then he’d had to excuse himself and run off like a goober when Dean joined them, bringing Charlie a cup of punch like a good boyfriend should do.

Cas walked to the empty foyer and sat on the stairs.  He wanted Dean to be happy…but with someone else?  That was hard to bear.  He wanted to leave, but he knew he couldn’t before his mother and father made their compulsory appearance to wish Sam well, drop off brownies and a check, and then hightail it before conversation got awkward.  He sighed out loud, hating himself for being so melodramatic.

“Hey, Cas.”

Cas started and whipped his head around so fast his vision swam.  He closed his eyes to collect himself, and then opened them to find Dean leaning on the banister, smiling down at him.

“Um.  H-hello, Dean.”

“Uh, you know this is supposed to be a party, right?” Dean asked with a teasing tone.

“Yeah, sorry.  I was just…”  Cas inhaled deeply.  He should probably tell Dean the truth so that he didn’t have to feel obligated to tiptoe around his adolescent feelings anymore.  “I was just indulging in a morose goodbye to a childhood fantasy.”

Dean grinned.  “Didja finally realize you’ll never have a jetpack powered unicorn?”

Cas laughed.  “No.”  He looked up at Dean—and felt joy swell in his chest so greatly he was afraid it might burst out of him.  If that wasn’t love, he didn’t know what was.  He sighed.  “I’m just finally letting you go.”

Dean’s reaction wasn’t what he expected.  He’d expected pity or relief, what he got was Dean becoming so startled his arm slipped off the banister and he pitched to the side a bit.  He righted himself and blurted out a confused, “What?  Why?”

“Why?” Cas asked with a slightly bitter laugh.  “Because I hardly think a pretend fiancé can compete with an actual girlfriend.”

Dean looked even more confused and like he couldn’t figure out what to say, and then understanding dawned on his face.

“Are you talking about Charlie?”

Cas shrugged and nodded, looking down at his feet.

“Hey.”  Dean walked around the stairs so that he was in front of Cas.  “Hey.”

Cas looked up.

“Put a space in that word you used for her.”

“What word?  Girlfriend?”

Dean nodded.  “Yeah.  Girl.”  He paused for emphasis.  “Friend.  Just a friend.”  He smiled cheekily.  “I’m not a cheater.”

The blush was instantaneous as Dean’ implication hit him square in the chest and made him feel tingly all over.  He stood up, finding himself at eye level with Dean since he was up one stair.

They stared at each other.  They were so close…as close as Cas had been to Dean since, well, maybe since he’d been thirteen.  Cas realized he was leaning in, but he could have sworn Dean was too.  He let his eyes start to slip close and tilted his head.  Then he felt a hand planted firmly in the center of his chest.  He opened his eyes and Dean pushed him back gently.

“I’m also not a criminal, jailbait.”

Cas let out an offended noise and crossed his arms in a huff.  Dean just laughed at him.

“Don’t worry, Cas.  The only one who can break off this engagement is you.”

He gave Cas one of his patented winks and walked down the hall to rejoin the party.  Cas was stunned, not sure if he couldn’t feel his heart beating because it was pounding so fast or if it had just stopped altogether.

When he found his voice he leaned over the banister and called out, “I hardly think kissing me when I’m seventeen is skeevier than kissing me when I was eleven!”

Dean just laughed and kept walking.  Cas turned around smiling, and then started violently.  His father was holding the door open for his mother, who was holding a tray of brownies with her jaw almost on the floor.

Cas cleared his throat uncomfortably.  “That, uh, heh, that’s not what it sounds like…”

Riley's breaking point (lucaya fanfic)

It wasn’t the fact that everytime they went to the movies Lucas sat between Her and Maya, and even though he held Rileys hand sometimes, he spent most of the movie joking with Maya and laughing at her stupid comments.

It wasn’t the fact that there was practicly no personal space between these two. Maya would jump into Lucas back and he would carry her around, he would lean in and wisper some joke to her ear and she would laugh.

Hell, it even wasn’t the fact that Maya had met all the Friars and Lucas hadn’t even brought her, the official girlfriend, to meet his family.

It was the fact that everytime some guy got near Maya or asked out Maya, Lucas had an opinion about it, he became so possesive, anyone would think Maya was his girlfriend and not Riley.

It was the fact that whenever he bought something to eat, he would buy something for Maya too, he was always thinking about her.

It was the fact that Lucas knew everytime Maya was upset about something, but whenever Riley was upset the only one who realized was her best friend, Farkle. Not even her boyfriend.

So when she confronted Lucas, he was so defensive about Maya, that she reached her breaking point. She wasn’t gonna stand being the official girlfriend if he didn’t started acting like an official boyfriend.

“What does an official boyfriend do that is so different than what I do?” Lucas asked. Well, that was a hard thing to answer. “I guess, act more like Farkle” Lucas got offended. “I’m not gonna change who I am Riley” he would not change for her.

That solved her problem. Lucas wasn’t the prince charming she thought, he wouldn’t stop acting the way he did even if it meant she was hurting because of that. He didn’t really cared about her. And Maya, she didn’t stop either. She kept playing their stupid game, when they pretend to banter and laugh about it later, not minding me being uncomfortable about it.

She had to put an end to this. She called Farkle, told her about her plan. She was about to give Lucas an ultimatum. “Is me, or Maya” he can’t have them both. She was getting more jelous by the second and it was enough. Farkle just took a deep breath and looked at her concerned. “Riley, if you do that, he’s gonna breake up with you”.

She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Riley looked at Farkle as if he had grown a second or a third head. “What?! How do you know that? Did he said anything to you?!” She started to panick. What the hell was happening? Lucas wouldn’t do that.

Farkle knew what was going on. Having been there too. “Riles, I’m telling you, because that’s what I would do if Isadora ever made me choose between her and you” Riley was speechless. “I’ve been there. Isadora doesn’t understand, she is my girlfriend, but the love I have for you, that is something I would never give up, I can’t live without you in my life. And if she ever told me it was her or you, I would give her up no questions asked”. That was all she needed to hear.

“You think Lucas loves Maya?” Riley asked Farkle. Fear in her eyes. “I don’t know Riley. All I can say is that, if he makes you this upset, you should probably ask him” “yeah, but he denies it, he becomes defensive of her” “just like I would with you” Farkle reassure her.

Riley knew what was coming. It was just a matter of time. She had to tell Lucas. Next day, when he picked her up, she was not the happy perky girlfriend. She was serious Riley with a mission. “Lucas, lets go to the park, we need to talk”.

At the park, they sat on a bench, eating their ice cream. “Look at those flowers, they are so pretty next to eachother” she started. “Yeah they are, Maya would love to sketch that” he chimed in. “Do you always think about her?” “No, not all the time. I mean, we do go to the same school, and hang out a lot, and she’s my partner in lots of classes. So, I guess we hang out a lot, and have lots in common” “Do we have things in common?” “Sure we do, we… we both like ice cream” he said pointing to their cups. “And we both love Maya” “yeah… ”

“So you admit it?” “What?” “That you love Maya” “I didn’t say that… did I?” “Yes, you did. But don’t worry, I kinda already knew” “what do you mean?” “Well, lets say, it’s been a while now that I’ve been watching you and her and I know” Riley assured Lucas. He however wasn’t convinced by her calmed expression given their past arguments about Maya.

“Riley, I chose you, remember?” Riley smiled, but it was a warm smile, an understanding smile, not a happy one. “Lucas, remember what you told me that day? About Maya sending you, cus I remember" “where are you going with this?” Lucas asked with a little concern in his voice.

“Look, if you felt for me, one shred of what I feel for you, we wouldn’t be having this conversation” “where is this comming from?” He asked her. “Have you heard the expression Actions speak louder that Words?” “Yes” “well, is like you say you like chocolate ice cream, but you always buy vanilla. That says you like vanilla more than chcocolate. Am I right?” “Yes, that’s one way to look at it. But maybe I like both of them but I could only have one at the moment” Lucas defended. “I know. But the thing is, I’m chocolate Lucas. And even when you claim you chose me, you act like you chose Maya”

Lucas didn’t know what to say. There were no words he could say. The truth was out and he knew it. There was no way to put the cat back in the bag. “So?” He asked insecure. “What’s next?” “Well, you can’t keep lying to yourself Lucas. You say you wanna be with me but you act like you wanna be with her. So I say, you should go be with her”

“Are you breaking up with me?” “Yes. We were gonna do it eventually, And this way we can still be friends.” “You do realize Maya is not gonna take me back” “well, that’s not my problem. You should be happy I’m still talking to you since you lied to both” “I didn’t lie, I do like you Riley, very much” “ But you love her, I know, cus I love her too. And its time for both of you to know that ”.

“You think she’ll be mad?” “Gosh, you really have it bad for her… Yes, she’s probably gonna beat you up for this, but is the right thing to do” “Would you still be my friend, and talk to me like this after…” “yes Lucas, You will always have a special place in my heart, you are my first love after all” “thank you Riles, you trully are amazing” “yeah, I just wish I had realized sooner, would have saved us both some trouble” “ yeah, but what good would that be if we didn’t learned any lesson?” “One wise man once told me to let what we had made us ready for the next realtionship” “your dad?” “maya’s… well Shawn. I think an ex girlfriend told him that”

“You think Maya will love me back some day?” “Yes, I think she already does, but needs to realize it, just like you. Don’t get me wrong, she’s gonna be pissed at you, so be patient” “oh boy… she’s gonna kill me…”
“Life’s tough, wear a helmet”. Lucas walked Riley back home and hugged her. Thanked her and left happy. It was a good breakup. He knew it was bound to happen anyways, but he was grateful he had an amazing friend like Riley in his life.

Sterek + “Look, you can buy me all the chocolate’s in the world, I still won’t go out with you.”?

Thanks to @bleep0bleep for looking this over for me. You’re a dear Carrie.

The thing about high school is that everyone is trying to find themselves, while trying to keep up with a bunch of stereotypes and labels.

Looking at Derek you think he would escape it unscathed. He’s a good looking dude, captain of the basketball team, has great friends and a supportive family and no pimples.

In theory he has everything a teenager could wish.

But the thing is, what Derek wants the most he can’t have.

What Derek wants the most is five feet ten, has lush brown hair, soft looking lips and eyes that defined forever the concept of amber. Who he wants most of all is also the most infuriatingly person Derek had ever met.

“I don’t care what stupid prank you think you’re pulling, I’m not falling for it, Derek. We kind of grow up together remember, I know you and this is bullshit.” Stiles tell Derek for the tenth time this week.

“Stiles, I’m not, I told you, I am actually asking you-”

“As if Derek Hale, Jock Senior Royalty in Beacon Hills High would ask me, Stiles no one Stilinski to be his-” Stiles finished with a humorless laugh and shaked his head. “Look man, I know you’re probably dared by Jackson or something, and you have to do this but I really, really rather not let you or anyone trample on my feelings, okay?.” He turned in his heels  and walked out of the cafeteria, letting Derek staring after him.

“Stop moping already Derek!”

“I’m not moping!”

“No? Then why you’re doing such a pretty good impression of it?” Erica asked, pushing his arm.

“I’m bummed okay, and I’m allowed to be.”

“Yes babe, you are indeed allowed to your feelings, but you shouldn’t look so glum cause you were refused by Stiles.”

“It’s not that at all ! I wouldn’t care if it was anyone else, but I really do like Stiles, okay? And he just, he just doesn’t believe me. I tried everything, I sent him Valentine’s Day cards, I sent him choco-”

“You sent the wrong brand, dude,” Boyd mumbled from where he was carding his fingers through Erica’s hair. Why did they have to be so disgustingly cute beside Derek when he was so sad?

“Thanks Boyd, that’s very helpful.”

“Now, now, who found out he likes Reese’s and not Twizzlers? Send him the right brand now, do something else, write him a poem, a song.”

“Send him flowers now! Stiles totally looks like the kind of guy who would love a fuck heteronormativity kind of gesture.”

That’s how Derek ended with a flower bouquet being thrown in his face.

You're My End and My Beginning

Prompt: Lydia finds the drawing and note that Aiden found in Stiles’ room in 3x18. He reads her the letter taped to the back and it leads to both of them confessing their feelings.

Stiles had never had so much homework in his entire life. After he’d been de-voided and they’d managed to kill the Nogitsune bent on destroying their lives, all of their parents had suggested they take a week (“or two…or three…as long as you need!”) to get back to normal (as if that was possible at this point) and grieve their fallen friends. Stiles, Scott and Lydia had decided instead to get immediately back into the swing of things, figuring that it would be easier to busy themselves with everyday things than stay home with nothing to distract them from the nightmares they had lived.

For those who were interested... (I apologize for this incoherent jumbled mess.)

There was this girl.  The first time I saw her was when I was 12.  I was on the bus looking for this boy that I had a crush on to see that he was with this pretty blonde.  Only I hated her in that moment for talking to my crush, hey I was 12, and so I didn’t really want to admit she was pretty.  I saw her for the second time a few weeks later at a school dance dancing with my crush and I’ll admit I watched her dance more then I watched him.

CS Au: we always hated each other because we competed to be the best in class. But now we need to work together and I'm kind of jealous of the redhead lawyer that works next to us and I always see you flirting with.

a/n: hope you enjoy this! major thanks to colormyheartred for betaing it. she left the best comments, too! :P (oh, and bisexual-killian-jones and odonorude get some credit for yelling at me.)

Killian Jones and Emma Swan do not get along.

They tolerate each other and bicker like a married couple (they are not a married couple) and compete with each other in class every time they’re given the opportunity. It’s not her fault she has a competitive side of her that wants to beat his ass in all of the classes they share together, to get admitted into Harvard Law.

Of course he’s aiming for Harvard Law School, too, much to her own demise to know she’ll have to deal with him further.

And she can admit Killian Jones is smart, the most intelligent guy she knows (despite his childish behaviour, which she clearly fights back against like a child, too) in all of her school. But she still despises him because it’s like he’s made to ruin everything, well not everything…but mostly everything.

They fight to see who gets higher marks, they fight to see who’ll get chosen on by the teachers. They…fight for a lot of things and frankly, it’s just a heated rivalry between them.

She groans, turning to face him as she adjusts her backpack from falling off her shoulders. “What is it, Jones?”

“That disgusted to see me, love? I’m wounded.” He mocks her by setting a hand over his chest and she rolls her eyes at his over dramatic response. “Anyway, I thought we could…perhaps grab a bit of lunch and catch up. We’ve been so caught up battling each other since ninth grade and we’re graduating high school soon, yet we’ve never really spent our time doing other things.”

His implication is loud and clear, but there’s something else behind those words. Killian may be cocky, the all-around perfect guy any girl could want, but it seems like he does want to spend some quality time with her - which of course, is a little unnerving at first. “Right, well, where did you have in mind?” she asks, keeping her cool.

It’s surprising to know he still remembers her favourite diner not far off from from school. “So you remembered,” she says, quirking a curious brow to tease. “I’m surprised that you memorized something that’s not law based.”

Preference #7 High School au Part 2 (Requested)

A/N: okay so this was requested like 5 times, I’m sorry that it took me so long to write it but I had no motivation for this so I am so sorry that its shit but anyway I hope you like it, please request something :-)

Part 1

I knock on his door at 5 o’clock on the dot, I stand there waiting for him to open the door. I hear running from inside starght after the door is flug open “Hi (y/n)” Anne said “I’m here to see Ashton, for a school project” you said “yes I know, he hasn’t stoped talking about you since he got home, come in love” she said smiling, standing aside to let me through the door, the house was lovely it was modden with a little bit of history to it excatily like I remember and I liked it. “Ash” Anne called “ He’ll be right down” she smiled “thank you Anne” I smiled.  Ashton came running down the stairs “hey” he said “hi” I smiled “my rooms upstairs if you wanted to get started” he giggled, there was something about his giggle that made you smile, it was cute, like a little kid I guess. He lead me up to his room, there were posters of some of my favourite bands; All Time Low, Artic Monkeys, Mayday Parade, Green Day, Nivarna, Fallout Boy, Good Charlotte, The Fray, The Scrpit, The 1975, “wow” was all I said admering all the posters and cd’s “wait you like this type of music?” he asked “I may look like someone who likes pop music but I don’t” I said picking up The 1975 album “never thought you were like that” he smiled “a lot has change since primary school and year 7 you know” I said “yeah I know” he sighed, both of us remebering what our lives used to be as best friends “wait is (y/n) here?” I heard Harry shout “I’ll beat you to her” Lauren shoutted as two children ran into Ashron’s room tackeling you in hugs “(y/n)! I haven’t seen you  in ages” Harry exclaimed and Lauren nodded “yeah, I know, you guys have gotten so much bigger since I last saw you” I smiled “okay guys (y/n) and I have to do a an assinment” Ashton said pushing his brother and sister out of his room “and yet they have still gotten cuter” I laughed “try living with them, then you might change your mind” he joked “but serously, they have missed you so much, they used to love it when you came over every weekend” he sighed, I looked down, I missed them to but Ashton and I just drifted away from each other, barley talking at school, we both got different freinds and we stoped hanging out “I missed them too” I sighed “what happened to us (y/n)? We used to be best friends, how did we drift away so much?” he asked “I don’t know, I guess we changed” I sighed, I looked over to his desk, something caught my eye, I walked over and picked it up, it was one of the friendship braclets that we both had; to remind us of each other, I chuckled “I never thought that you would have kept this” I said showing him the braclet, he chuckled “I still wear the other one” he said showing me his wrist, he looked down at my wrist  “and I see that you still wear yours” he cuckled as he picked up my wrist, I smiled “well it looks like we both remembered the promise that we made when we got them” I smiled “to remeber each other forever, and to never take them off” he cuckled as he resited our grade 6 promise to each other “little did we know that two years after that, we wouldn’t be friends” I gave him a sad smile, it was true though, and it’s not like we had a big fight, we just drifted apart, and it killed me, he knew everything about me, I knew everything about him, we made a promise that we would never drift apart but promises will be broken, we should have known that we were never going to last as friends, we were too young and nievae, we were oblivous to everything, but I miss that with him. I miss doing anything and everything with him.

I look around the room trying to find a seat that is avaliable, there was one seat left and that was next to the really hot guy, I don’t know if this is a good thing or not, I am going to say that it’s a good thing, lets just hope that I don’t faceplant or trip on my way to the seat that is like 10 meters away. I make it to my chair safly, sitting down I glance over and see the hot guy staring at me, when I caught him staring he quickly looked away I smirked, this was going to be a good year if I get to sit next to him all year. The rest of the day went smoothly, english is the only class I have with the really hot guy but I have a few classes with his friends apparently, well thats what my knew friend Emily told me, I was glad that she sat next to me at recuss and decided to get to know me, because I hate new making new friends and I hate sitting alone. I got home exaused after my first day of school, thank god that I didn’t get lost, I walk up to my room, dumping my school bag in the corner and changing into my shorts and a tank top since it was a warm day, I walk to the kitchen grabbing some food from the fridge when mum walked in “Hi Honey” she smiled “I mum” I said while taking a bite of my cake that was left over “how was your first day at school?” she asked “alright, I made one new friend and her name is Emily and we have most classes together which is good, and I didn’t get lost thank god because that school is massive” I explained “thats good Honey and I’m glad that you made a friend today” she smiled “by the way, your dad has his new band that he is manerging in the recording studio and they seem really busy so if you don’t want to get yelled at by your dad later I wouldn’t go in there” she explained and I laughed, as tempting as it was to go in there I decided against it and walked into the lounge room turning on the television flicking through channles seeing what is on, I decided to leave it on a show that my dad would love, it was one of those older shows that everyone from his era knew, I didn’t mind these types of shows, I was used to them because my dad would always watch them. I laugh at something that someone said on the televison when I heard someone playing some music, I turn the television off so I can hear them better, there was more then one voice, there was also drums, bass and either one or two guitars from what I could hear, they sounded good really good, it was kind of a mixture of pop and rock, so bascially my type of music. The music stoped and I could hear people talking and laughing, I guess that the sesion has ended, I turn the television back on, flicking through the channles trying to find the best thing on the television, which was nothing, turning off the televison I walk to the kitchen looking for some food, I don’t know about you but sitting down watching teleivsion is really tiring and I need food afterwards. I heard my dad’s laughter and some chatter, my dad and four boys from school walked into the kitchen, I reconised them all, Calum Hood (the really hot guy I sat next to in english), Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Ashton Irwin, holy shit they were all hot and they could sing, thats the best thing about my dad mangering bands, most of them are hot, and it’s my life goal to marry a band member so dads helping me make that dream come true even though he doesn’t know.

I walked to Luke’s frount door, at 5:30pm on the dot, the time that we had both agreed to meeting at, I knocked on the door, I heard shuffling from the other side of the door, the door swang open reveling Luke in a band tee, black skinny jeans and black vans with no socks, funny I thought, were both prectily wearing the same thing, I was wearing band tee, black skinny jeans and black vans with no socks, the only difference between our outfits was that he was wearing a Fall Out Boy tee and I was wearing a The 1975 tee. “Hi” he smiled, I love his smile, it was the one dimple smile, but it was hot as hell, heck he was hot when he wasn’t in our terriable school uniform and wasn’t wearing glasses “Hey” I smiled back, he stood to the side motioning with his hands for me to come in. His house was nice, it was clean, there were photos of him and his family on the walls, and damn him and his borthers are just wow, no words needed, the hotness in this family was unbelieveable. “Great choice in the band t-shirt by the way” he smiled and I laughed “I could say the same for you Hemmings” I smirk “We should probably get studing because I am pretty sure that you don’t want to fail this year” “yeah your right, I can’t offord to fail this year, and plus my parents will kill me”. “Come on” he said walking up the stairs, I follow him walking into his room, I thought that it would be messy, like most boys rooms, but his was clean, he had a gutair placed neatly in the cornor, he had a few cd’s on his desk as well as some peices of paper in a neat pile. “Wow Hemmings I’m impressed, it’s clean, and you have a great taste in music, like holy shit” I grabbed a Blink-182 album “yeah I’d have to give my mum credit on the room being clean, and I never would of thought that you would’ve liked punk music” “punk music is my life man and I know I don’t really look like the type of person to like that sort of music but you know having brothers really helps your music taste” I explain “yeah thats true, I guess guys have better music taste” he smirks “oh please Hemmings don’t flatter yourself, and they don’t always I mean you just have to look at Josh and the rest of his group and know that they like pop music and all the main stream stuff” I laughed “yeah okay you have a point not all guys have great music taste” he laughed. I find it funny that I have been here for half and hour and we’ve only been talking about music and joking as if we have been friends for years, we techanlly were not even friends yet, like today we just started talking properly for the frist time, but I liked this side of Luke, the one that only his friends and family get to see, at school you see the neardy Luke with glasses and knows all the answers for the math questions, speaking of math we should really be starting doing some work ‘cause other wise I’m going to fail this year. “You know, you’re not like how I expected you to be, I thought that you would be girly and into pop music, but your the oppersite” he smiled “I thought the same thing about you” I smiled back at him, “you know we should probably actually start working because I don’t think you want to fail this year” he smiled “yeah you’re right, lets start”.

“I told you that he likes you more than a friend” Lucy excalims “whatever, thats what Luke said, unless I hear Michael say it to my face, I will no believe anyone, not even his mum” I sigh “fine whatever, I’ll get him to say it to your face” “good luck with that” I laugh “just watch me” she says as we walk off to our first class. “So how are you planing to get Michael to say it to my face?” I ask “oh you know, black mail, no biggy” she smiles “oh please what kind of black mail do you have on Micahel?” I ask, Michael was one of those people who wouldn’t care what was said about him, he was also out there, there were only a few things that Michael wouldn’t want anybody to see, and only a few people (his closest friends) would have seen, unless it’s nudes then I don’t know whos seen them and I don’t really want to know because as far as I know Michael hasn’t sent any but who knows becayse he is a teenage boy and who knows what they get up to in their spear time. “You know something that he doesn’t want you to know” she smirked “oh come on you can’t tell me that and not tell me what he doesn’t want me to know” I sigh “whoops” “I won’t tell anyone I promise” she laughed “yeah but if I told you that would mean that I couldn’t use that against him as black mail, so good try but I’m not going to tell you” she smiled “you know what, you suck so much” I sigh “yeah what of it, and plus, you love me” she smiled “keep telling your self that Lucy” I walk ahead of her slightly. I had my first class with Lucy, Calum and Luke, which it was never a good idea to put Luke and Calum in a class together because they did no work at all and it was usually Lucy and I writing down all the notes and giving them to the boys or explaining something to them, I am honestly suprised that they have never been caught talking in class because they do it every lesson, and I don’t think that they are about to stop anytime soon. “Hey guys” I greet Calum and Luke who are already sitting at our table, “Hey (y/n)” they both smile at me, I take my usual set next to Luke, Lucy sits down next to me and Calum, “guys (y/n) doesn’t believe that Michael likes her more than a friend and she said and I quote ‘unless I hear Michael say it to my face, I will no believe anyone, not even his mum’, you guys have to help me her believe me” she exclaims “fun fact: I’m right here and I can hear you, I don’t know if you realised or anything so I’m just going to let you know” I reply sarcastically, yeah I really need to stop being to sarcastic, but then again sarcasm is my humor so I don’t think I’m going to stop being sarcastic, I learnt that from Michael and tumblr. “Fun fact: I know your here so shut up” Lucy replys, “why doesn’t she believe you? I mean all you have to do is look into his eyes when he looks at her or talks about her” Calum says “yeah thats what I tried to tell her but she won’t listen to me” Lucy sighs. Oh great, they’re never going to let this go. Ugh.

Rewatching Yearbook: Stray Thoughts

Good lord, Riley’s reactions to Farkle now that I’m looking out for them, wow. This episode really is when she starts to see him differently.

Lucas’s reaction to Riley’s initial freak out over the Best Couple thing is, yikes. He just looks at her like she’s a weirdo…tell me again how he’s supposed to be her unofficial boyfriend? (Meanwhile Farkle looks on lovingly.)

That little smile “Morotia” tries to hide when “Donnie” arrives at her window.

Lucas’s initial reaction to Riley changing: “What the—? Is this a New York thing or what is this? Maya?!”

Lucas’s initial reaction to Maya changing: “NOOO!!! This is your solution Maya?!”

Lucas’s whole rant, really. He plants himself in front of MAYA’S desk instead of Riley’s (wtf, please explain to me again how he’s supposed to be her unofficial boyfriend?). Then he gives Farkle and Riley one sentence each, boiling them back down to their Yearbook superlatives (“You’re the best Farkle we got and everyone knows it.”/“And you are a complete ray of sunshine!”)

But then for Maya? He launches into a freaking monologue when she says she’s not coming back, damn. And he gets so flustered he actually hurts her feelings by talking about her home life which he NEVER does. “Maya, you’re the most secure person in this room, you have a great life why would you change?! Okay, not GREAT life, your family life could be, ya know, better, but at least at school you’re uh, you’re here a lot! Right? A little help please?! [he asks for help while still looking at Maya, notably] Donnie Barnes?”

And he looks straight up HEARTBROKEN when Maya says you’re never gonna see her again and she starts “la la la”-ing. And he’s STILL planted in front of Maya’s desk, staring at her forlornly while his pseudo-girlfriend is literally three feet away, all gothed out and staring bleakly into the distance. What the fuck.

(And the whole “I do know that if you let someone say who you are, then you really won’t be who you are. And you certainly won’t end up being who you were meant to be.” bit in between the Farkle/Riley commentary and the “you have a great life” bit deserves its own post, but let’s just say I think it ties pretty neatly into the missed opportunities theory.)

Okay, so once again I think it’s really telling that the whole “when you’re too close to someone you can’t be them” thing comes in a scene separate from the “you might find out a secret” bit. We saw Katy do a Riley impression so good that Riley had to “gasp” in agreement, then we see Maya doing basically that same version of Riley in class. Then we hear Katy say you can’t become someone you have strong feelings about before doing a NO GOOD Shawn impression. Which immediately brings to mind how BAD Maya’s Lucas impressions are (“I don’t talk like that, I just don’t!”).

So, while the “you can’t become someone you have strong emotions for” scene clearly had a point, I don’t think the point was that Maya’s too close to Riley to be basically accurate about what she discovers when she “becomes” her. Because we’re shown through Katy what it looks like to successfully “become” someone, and what it looks like when you’re too close to “become” them. And Maya did a pretty good job of “becoming” Riley based on that, (and her Lucas impressions are terrrrible).

Frankly, I think Maya falls somewhere in the middle when it comes to Riley. Her impression is pretty good (if exaggerated), but her “discovery” is a bit off even if it may be (IMO *is*) basically true.

“Coming to terms with your identity can be so difficult at their age.”
“Well, I went through it. I’m sure you and Cory went through it.”
“Yeah. I was weird, Cory was celery.”
“Something will change because of this. When you become someone else even though you’re just acting, it’s impossible not to discover something you didn’t know before.”

That whole exchange just screams META for the casual viewers who may not have picked up on Lucaya yet, tbh. When Yearbook aired, a lotttttt of people in the hardcore fandom still saw Lucaya as a crackship. Even its own shippers. So it stands to reason that most casual viewers probably hadn’t picked up on it hardly at alllll yet.

Then we’re back to the classroom, where Lucas is STILL planted in front of Maya before he starts walking back to his seat and preaching.

“Alright. You say I’m most likely to be okay with anything? Well, I’m not okay with any of this! I’m. I’m not okay with all you guys not realizing that what you say about people matters. AND I’m not okay with you guys (gestures to core four) thinking that what people say about you matters.”

And then he shoots Maya this LOOK and slams his hands on his desk as he’s sitting down. Like SERIOUSLY WHY ISN’T HE DIRECTING THIS STUFF TO HIS SUPPOSED LOVE INTEREST WHO IS UPSET AT HIM BEING VOTED BEST COUPLE WITH SOMEONE ELSE? I mean, honestly it’s ridiculous at this point.

And then we come to “you know what happened when everybody went to Greenland because someone told them to?” bit.

“They came to an inhospitable, uninhabited ice ball named Greenland because someone said it was pretty. And the first thing they did, was die.”

Oh. You mean like maybe how Romantic Rilucas came to head at the end of S1 with that kiss and the first thing that happened after that was they didn’t speak for 2-3 months and then they had to force themselves to hold hands and basically all of their behavior suggests that they don’t actually like each other romantically anymore, but don’t know what to do about it? That little ship already crashed onto the rocks tbh. We’ve been waiting for it to get back to sea all season. But it hasn’t. And romantic Riley and Lucas exists basically because BMW-goggled assumptions dictate that it HAS to. Everybody says! She’s the Cory! He’s the Topanga! (In the trope ish sense, not the exact character analog sense.)

Unless they’re not.

“But you should listen to the people who care about you. Because they have you best interests at heart.”

As Lucas delivers that line, his eyes go: Cory, Maya, Farkle, Riley, Maya. Then he goes back to Farkle (with a brief glance to Riley) with “Right buddy? You’re much more than just a regular guy.”

And then, and THEN Maya does her best Riley impression yet. She’s not exaggerating about bunnies and world peace. Hell, for part of this monologue, she’s all but directly quoting Riley from earlier in the episode! “Aaaawwww, Lucas you’re a very sweet guy. That’s why I always liked you since I fell into your lap on the subway, it’s why we should have been favorite couple, because we’re so much alike, you know? It’s like we’re two sunshiney people from the same sunshiney family, that’s why I like you so much! It’s like you’re my brother!”

Except for the last line, Maya really is doing a pretttttty good Riley impression, tbh.

Also, I just realized how long Lucas freezes. From the moment Maya says “oh” until she says “I’m Maya.” Whoa.

Then we get the Bay Window scene, where in retrospect, Maya basically lies to Riley and Riley knows it. She heard what Maya said. Honestly? I think Riley KNEW Maya lied here, and that’s why she finally started noticing Lucaya stuff as much as she did. Especially since, after Semi-Formal, Lucas starts putting Maya in situations where it’s basically impossible for her to hide her reaction to him. But Riley still doesn’t 100% GET IT until Texas 1.

And then we come to the final scene at Topanga’s. Riley and Maya are back to “normal” but Farkle’s still in his new garb. We get pretty significant looks between Lucas and both girls although I’d argue the Maya one is more charged (plus he peeps her cowboy boots), but whatever. And the episode’s almost over, so LOGICALLY they should be addressing the best couple thing right about now. Lucas should go have a conversation with Riley for SURE and maybe one with Maya too, since they’re the ones whose relationships with him were called into question. But instead he goes outside and basically has a DTR (defining the relationship/friendship) convo with…Farkle. What the actual hell?

So, I have some new thoughts/theories on this episode that I’ll try to break out and break down in the next few days. The long and short of it is that this episode is way important if you take all the Iceland/Greenland/what people say stuff as a metaphor for the show itself. Basically, if you buy into the missed opportunities theory and the idea that GMW is gonna break out from what “has” to happen based on BMW-goggled assumptions, Yearbook is a HUGE episode.

Anyway. I’ve gone on long enough, and this is basically just a brain dump so I can come back to it later. I’ll stop now.

Turns out it isn’t.

Out of all people, it’s Matsuoka Rin who makes him realize that. One muggy afternoon during the lull between classes on a day that Haru is absent due to a fever, Matsuoka-kun had come up to him.

At first, he doesn’t really pay attention because he’s busy trying not to look behind him at Haru’s empty seat. His fingers start twitching, trying to reach for a hand that isn’t there.

My LT Experience 1/07/2014 - "Pop My Trunk"

Alright guys, it was bridick (new word I learned from Sica) yesterday, but someway somehow, I still made it to the workshop. Myself, my BFF and my other homegirl beared the icy winds to go see them. SMH. By the time I made it in the building, I couldn’t feel my toes. It took about 10 minutes for my toes to come back to life and I was worried I had lost them. Thank God I wasn’t dancing. Anyway, fast forward to when we made it upstairs. (BTW, they almost tried to play me and say they couldn’t find my name on the list, I was ready to flip a table, thank God they finally found it though.)

So we get inside and the room was arranged a little differently than it was the last time I was here. My friends and I rushed to the front to get good seats; we bypassed Les Twins and everything just so we could get the good seats. At this point, people are just lounging around settling in etc. The twins are moving around talking to a few people, and then Larry passes right by me and I call his name. He goes,

“You call me like you know me”

I say, “Yeah I do, it’s me with the ear rings”

“Oh girl that’s you? How you doing?” he daps me up

Then he tells me he lost the ear rings on stage. So I throw a little pity fit. And he’s all apologizing saying it was a mistake, and he said he wish I had like 5 more to give him. I told him I’ll see if I can find it again and give it to him the next time I see him. Then I said, “I have another gift for you.” But he was already holding a small gift bag from someone else. He says,

“I got candy already, is better than what you have”

I go, “Just look at it, read the card, and don’t judge me”

He takes the bag and before he opens it I lean in a little closer and say, “It’s so you can brush your teeth with swag”

He looked like he didn’t get it, but he realized what I was talking about when he pulled out the toothbrush and toothpaste I got him. LTLADIES!!! He started cracking up, dying laughing, shaking his head in disbelief. He came in and gave me the tightest biggest bestest hug ever, eyes closed and swinging side to side hug. I didn’t wanna let go. And then he explained to everyone looking that I gave him this not because he has bad teeth or anything (he gave the Larry smile to show off his pearly whites saying “im good”) but because of the IG vid he posted a couple days ago.

Now let’s backtrack a little. I wasn’t even gonna get them gifts this time. I really had no time to get anything and I was like, how can I top the ear rings? But then, like, the day before the workshop I was like, let me get Larry a gag gift about his freestyle. I didn’t even wanna give it to him. I was worried that he might not like it, or that he wouldn’t get it, or that he would be offended. But he took it all in stride and he got the joke and gave me the best hug I ever wanted.

Woo! Well, I could stop right here, but I’ll keep going. I’m sure you guys already seen the videos, but I was under the impression that they were gonna do Yonce choreo again. But I hear Larry talking about some song that he loves but it’s not popular and its by Wino…..I almost went mad. I was like, I know he’s not gonna do Pop My Trunk. And he does!!! He did a little freestyle to it and it was beautiful. My fav video of him is when he dances to this song in Vlado, so I was hyped. I was actually just showing my other friend that video while we were out in the lobby.

Anyway, moving on, they start the warm up, and interestingly enough it’s to Panic At The Disco’s song I Write Sins Not Tragedies. At one point Larry has them do a balancing thing on their foot while he went around pushing people. A little later, they gave little speeches, and Lau was talking about Larry’s dance style and you could tell that he holds his brother in high regard. But he proceeded to tell the dancers that they have to be better than Larry. As for him, he said that if he finds somebody better than him, he gonna kill him, we all laughed. They continue the choreography and Larry keeps saying “is easy is easy, is like mathematics”, with the strongest accent that had me dying. I loved it though.

Ok, last thing before the end. Larry gives no effs, whatsoever. He was like, I’m looking for a “Jackie Chan.” And he goes and finds an Asian boy talking about “if he can do it, anybody can.” He asked the guy where he was from and he’s like,

“I’m from The Bronx”

“Yeah, but your family from China right?”

“No, Korea”

I tell you, Larry don’t give a nothing. SMH!! And a little later on, Lau was speaking to the class and he asked everyone not to record anything because he was talking about Beyonce. He starts explaining that they choreographed Flawless so that everyone could do it, they couldn’t make it hard. But then that’s when they catch an Asian guy still filming. And Lau is like, no, please stop. Now Larry’s wild ass starts speaking fake Chinese. Shaking my friggin head at this boy’s ridiculousness. Lau gave him a huge slap on his back to shut him up. If anything, that night, I saw a whole nother side of Larry, he’s really a mess.

After that they start the cypher and everyone forms a circle. There were some people there that did their thing, but there was this one girl that absolutely killed it, she was small and petite but she was breaking, flipping, shaking, the whole nine. She did that and the twins looked impressed with her. This time around I was in the front so I could see everything. But my BFF pulled me out and she was like, there’s a line forming to take pictures. So I got on the line and I was closer to the front, but I missed the twins dancing in the cypher L. Anyway, it comes time to take my picture and I sit between them and hook my arms around their arms and we take the pics. I asked Larry for a kiss and he tells me, “oh the line is long.” I gave him the ‘don’t make me punch you’ eyes and then he gave me my kiss. Yeah, he better had not played himself, lol. I got up to leave and I saw that Lau kinda looked like I swerved him and I felt bad so I went right back and said “oh sorry, you too” and I bent down to kiss him. His lips were this close to mine yall, lol. It looks like they would much rather give kisses than receive them. Their faces are all scrunched up when the girls give them kisses and they look uncomfortable.

I wanted to stay and watch for the rest of the night, but the security was kicking everyone out. But I have to say that this time around, the people at Alvin Ailey were much more lenient about taking pictures and videos. I had my big old Ipad out for all to see, lol.

Oh, one more thing. Lau was wearing shorts and ladies, yes he’s still ashy. I might just get him lotion the next time I see him. But anyway, I noticed a vein running down his calf….and I must say it looked so good. My BFF really held me down, and no I’m not just saying that because she’s gonna be reading this, I mean it. My experience is always magnified when I’m with her. She even asked Larry to follow me on IG since I gave him the gift, he said “never,” lol, clown! I found myself to be a little less jittery this time around. I was much more calm than I was last time, and more comfortable with them too. Still excited, but much less star struck. I think I’m getting the hang of this guys. My BFF would probably beg to differ though, lol.

Anyway, that’s that for that! I had a blast and I will be uploading some pics soon. I have some vids too, but I just need to figure out a way to upload those too (I wish I was more tech savvy). As soon as I do, I will. I hope you enjoyed reading this. Bisous my loves.

Hey! Don’t know for how long our lovely adoption!verse family will be on vacation but I figured this prompt will fit either way. I would like to see Bailey asking his father sth like: “mom is pretty, isn’t she?” while Belle is in the earshot.

Don’t know if this could work, but adoption ‘verse prompt: There’s a mix-up at the next hotel & only one room is available. With one bed, & they can provide a roll-away cot. Belle refuses to let Gold take the cot, because of his bad leg; Bae says he’ll take it 'cos he’s the smallest and will be the most comfortable on it, while they share the bed.

Well, initially I wasn’t sure how that second prompt was going to work.  Turns out it did!  Please enjoy Bae, the sneaky little shipper.
