I hate having Dark Circles  they make you look tired and sick.  Dark Circles can be caused by inadequate sleep, lack of nutrition, and excessive smoking/drinking.
Some people also inherit the problem of dark circles. I found this fast and easy home remedy  all you need is **¼ of a tomato ** ½ teaspoon of lemon juice.
Tomatoes contain an antioxidant called lycopene which helps lighten skin. It also keeps wrinkles away  Lemon also helps brighten your skin tone.🍋 Start by mashing the tomato into a small bowl making your own paste. After it’s mashed add ½ teaspoon of lemon juice and stir. Finally, apply under your eyes and keep for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water.

Soft hands are a must  Here is a simple and very effective hand scrub you can make at home.
All your going to need is 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil. Mix both ingredients in a bowl. Then, rub the mixture on all over your hands scrubbing off all that dead skin. Last, rinse off with warm water and dry with a towel.
You can apply your favorite lotion after if you’d like. Now your hands are super soft

#LeenasPick 👣👣👣 I love this foot treatment it’s called #HeelOfApproval by True Blue Spa it’s a smoothing buttery cream for your feet. This cream not only makes your feet and cracked heels super soft, it prevents the dry and cracked skin from returning. Three times a week before bed, I exfoliate my feet with Shea body scrub (brazilian nut). This product moisturizes and nourishes dry skin! I apply the #HeelOfApproval foot cream and follow it by wearing my #EarthTherapeuticssocks…They are infused with Aloe Vera to continually nourish and moisturize your skin. My feet are always super soft in between pedicures!

Cinnamon Spot Treatment
3 Tablespoons Organic Honey
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon powder
Mix honey and cinnamon powder until it reaches a chocolaty like consistency. Dab paste onto the zit, and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

How it works
Cinnamon works on blemishes by bringing blood and oxygen to the skin, killing acne at its root. At the same time Cinnamon dries out the blemish, making it appear smaller and less noticeable.
I tend to get zits on my cheek and chin sometimes and this really works for me! Hope it works for you  What are some of the natural remedies you guys use for pimples?

Biotin supplements work wonders for your hair, skin and nails!  It helps stimulate new hair and nail growth. And brightens your skin and also helps get rid of fine lines and wrinkles. I take biotin daily usually after breakfast. Since Biotin is a water soluble vitamin you have to drink lots and lots of water while taking it. I make sure I drink at least 8 cups a day. You should also take multivitamins so there is no imbalance of vitamins.
Keeps my hair full, my nails strong and my skin bright ️I really recommend trying ️ * Remember what works for me isn’t always gonna work for you. *

Ab: I use it to hydrate and moisturize my skin. It’s really simple to make. All you need is Honey, Avocado, and Coconut Oil.
In a bowl mash ¼ of a avocado (I recommend using a ripe avocado, it’s easier to mash). Then, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and mix thoroughly.

Before applying the mask, you should wash your face with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel. This is just to open up your pores so the nutrients of the mask can sink deep into your skin ️ Now using CLEAN fingers, apply a thick coat of the mixture onto your face. Wait 15 minutes and gently wash the mask off with warm water then pat dry with a towel.
