Kale and chicken meatballs. Kale- 2 cups; ground chicken-500gr; 1 egg; juice of 1 lemon; salt-½ tsp; black pepper- ½ tsp; bread crumbs - 120gr. Mix all ingredients in blender until u see the kale is well blended then form small balls or any shape you like and fry on medium heat for about 5 min each side.
