Hello, fellow foodies! I know I said I would be MIA for a while but I couldn’t stay away! Vacationing in Woodstock, NY has been a culinary dream! Tonight’s appetizer was Arugula with Roasted Figs, Hazelnuts, and Goat Cheese with Toasted Sprouts and a Balsamic Glaze at Woodstock’s Bear Cafe.Absolutely heavenly! Dinner was roasted chicken in a green peppercorn sauce, with grilled green beans, garlic mashed potatos and a sprig of thyme. Incredible as well, but it smelled too delicious to not dig into!
