One day, if you look back and feel bad for being so angry you couldn’t even speak to me, you have to know that that was okay, that I knew. Because I know everything you need to tell me without you having to say it out loud.
And if you need to break things, by God, you break them. Break them, good and hard. And I’ll be right there, Con. I wish I had a hundred years. A hundred years I could give to you.
The noise woke me up. I was alone in the room. I went out to the terrace and saw the sea coming inland. It took me five seconds to reach the stairs, but the water was already there. It was not more than five seconds. On the bed, I found a note from my wife saying they were at the beach.
I know I haven’t posted news in a while but rest assured I’ve been keeping track of updates for the newest installment in the Jurassic Park series.
Production started in London on January 26th
Director JA Bayona tweeted a picture of some Jurassic World hardhats, letting fans know he had started on filming at studios in London, England last month. Final filming will be done in Hawaii–a location familiar to many Jurassic Park fans. It’s rumored that some filming will be done in Wales as well–a change for the franchise, but also indicative of the more “world-wide” nature that the sequel has hinted at.
A whole slew of new actors joining the film has been released
American Horror Story alum, James Cromwell, has joined the cast in an unspecified role. Ted Levine also joins the cast–again in an unknown role. B.D Wong will also return as Henry Wu.
Hints at the sequel’s subject matter
Heavily hinted at the close of Jurassic World, animals rights appear to be the focus of the sequel. Universal Studios recently purchased three web domains: AllCreaturesHaveRights.com, AllCreaturesHaveRights.org, and IslaNublarRescueMission.com. This also follows the vein of the viral marketing of the last film, which featured a website that’s been constantly updated.
As I get more information about the release of the film, I’ll be sure to let you guys know!
