I’ve been seeing a lot of these posts with the same damn products on all of them and I really feel like we’re recycling the same shit and there’s nothing new to read anymore which is part of the reason I made this account, to add my own remedies and routines in hope that it could help someone else~
African black soap-
Lemme tell you right now. Ditch whatever shit you’re using as a body wash RN and go cop some (RAW) African black soap. That shit is natural and is bursting with vitamin A and E. It helps with eczema too. I personally use Alaffia which also contains Shea butter and I use it everday. Love it and love my skin+it smells super fresh
Apple cider vinegar-
Add abt ¾ of a cup of ACV to your bath and let it work its magic. Its anti fungal and battles against body odor. It makes your hair shiny and is considered a skin detox bath, I personally experience softer skin. ALSO it resets your pH and fights again vaginal odor and yeast infections naturally too.
Jojoba oil is the oil that everyone thinks coconut oil is. It is a natural moisturizer for hair and skin and it works way better than coconut oil could ever hope to do!!
Let me tell u something. In a previous post I copied a message on of my followers sent me abt coconut oil being horrible for your hair because it breaks down proteins. It got a lot of positive and negative feed back, some saying I was trying to speak for them or leave out black hair, no that is not the case. I simply copied a message and released it for public knowledge cause im here to HELP YOU NOT HURT YOU! I’m sorry if I offended anyone~ but coconut oil, regardless of hair, is not the angelic product everyones made it out to be. STOP PUTTING THAT SHIT ON YOUR SKIN IT CLOGS PORES. I use it to oil pull, its a natural way to remove the toxins from your mouth and it also whitens your teeth. You put abt a teaspoon or less of coconut oil in your mouth and swish for a minute or 2. Love that shit my teeth are so white. But other than that I wouldnt put that shit on my hair or skin, unless you’re shaving your legs or sometin. Although I do put it on my pussy after I shave and idk what i’d do without it. But coconut oil is NOT for everything.
Sorry for the extremely long coconut oil excerpt lol this one’s short. Rose water can be used as a toner/makeup setter. It controls oil and hydrates your skin. It also has antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Its also good on dry/frizzy hair
Castor oil+Vitamin E oil-
Another 2 great oils. I’m lazy and didnt want to make another 2 oil sections lol but basically castor oil can be used on eyebrows/eyelashes to thicken them. Its also a natural laxative. Vitamin E oil is a great hair/skin moisturizer and heals scars.
If you arent taking biotin everyday I want you to go to your local pharmacy and cop a bottle because beauty starts from the inside. Its a hair skin nail vitamin and boosts healthy growth of hair/nails and keeps skin healthy. I do love it.
Instead of using a typical bar of soap, invest in a charcoal one instead. Charcoal contains a powder called Binchōtan which cleanses and moisturizes skin. For all u natural bitches out there.
Also a lil side note~ for anyone who wants to comment to mine or any other ‘hoe tip’ posts saying “these are life tip not hoe tips” SHUT UP! We know! But these tips were originally for tips and products to be as sexy and well maintained as they can be. Usually before somekind of sex appointment. Let the hoes have this instead of trying to shame it
1. Use oats in a sock when you bath for soft skin
2. Epsom salts in your bath with some lavender flowers and essential oils makes for a relaxing detox bath throw in some candles meditation music and a few amethysts and it’s lovely
3. Use witch hazel to calm pimples and help with cuts or burns
4. Rose water and witch hazel can be used as a face mist for moisturising and getting rid of spots
5. Use honey and sherry to help a sore throat and cough whiskey works too
6. Honey and sugar makes a great lip scrub
7. For am extreme moisture mask pack some wer oats on your face and let it dry then rinse and pat dry
8. Drink green tea with mint for concentration and detox
9. Bring equal amounts grapefruit juice and sugar to a simmer to make a wonderful syrup to mix in tea for iced tea or with plain water for a lovely detoxing drink
10. If you’re a shy person keep a green ribbon or charm with you when you go out for confidence
11. Study with a peppermint smell near you then when the time comes to use that knowledge suck on a peppermint this jogs the memory
This detox bath is another great thing to help relax you, help to reduce cellulite and stretch marks and detoxify your body.
2 cups Epsom Salt (you can find Epsom salts in the bath section of almost every store)
1 cup Sea Salt
½ cup Baking Soda
2 tbs Ground Ginger
1 cup Vinegar
3 tbs Melted Coconut Oil
Step One: Mix all dry ingredients together
Step Two: Slice the lemon, lime and grape fruit
Step Three: Run hot water and slowly add your dry ingredients
Step Four: Add the vinegar and coconut oil directly after leaving the water running to mix everything
Step Five: allow the bath to sit for a couple minutes and then add your slices
Step Six: hop in and soak until water is cold
Epsom Salts draw toxins from your body and relive aches and pains.
Baking Soda helps to soften and reenergize your skin.
Sea salt helps to heal your body.
Ground ginger increases circulation.
Vinegar softens skin.
Coconut oil helps to soften and smooth skin.
This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress-related hormones, and balances your pH levels. Rinse yourself with a cool shower for 5 minutes to wash away all excreted body toxins and close your skin’s pores. You will be amazed at how good you feel afterwards. One special note: Please drink at least 2 glass of filtered water in the hours following. You can garnish with any type of fruit and/or thinly sliced cucumber .

So I feel and look really bloated today and feel terrible. I ate a huge greasy piece of pizza and candy today and regret it so much. Detox bath and water water water and tea and a diy overnight wrap
I recently stopped wearing some of my favorite perfume scents and swapped out for a more natural way of smelling great with essential oils. There are so many benefits to using essential oils to your everyday living. They can be used for relieving headaches, improving digestions, lowering blood pressure and even help babies go to sleep.
Essential oils can be used aromatically, topically and internally. I’ve read that oils such as Roman Chamomile can actually be applied to the chest while breastfeeding and it helps baby sleep. It’s a miracle for fussy ones!
I love replacing a factory product with something that’s more natural and organic, which is actually a healthier way of living. Here are a few of my favorite ways to use essential oils.
DETOX BATH: Mix lavender oil, epsom salts and sea salt to a warm bath to cleanse and rejuvenate.
MINT CHOCOLATE COCOA: Add 2-3 drops of peppermint to hot cocoa for instant minty hot chocolate
HOMEMADE LIP BALM: Coconut oil, beeswax and lavender oil to treat and heal chapped lips.
IMPROVE SLEEP: Lavender oil can alleviate insomnia .
REDUCE CELLULITE: Mix 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil with 2 tsp coconut oil and massage into dimpled areas.
REDUCE WRINKLES: Mix 3-5 drops of sandalwood, geranium, lavender and frankicense with an unscented lotion and apply to face.
CALM BABY: Apply Roman Chamomile and lemon to your chest while breastfeeding. It helps put baby to sleep and is a miracle for fussy little ones. Not only can they smell the aroma but a very low amount is passed into the breastmilk!

eat as many as you want and indulge in tea. today would be a great day to make your detox broth because you can eat most of the vegetables that need to be strained out. don't forget to take a bath or if you dont have access to a bath soak your feet in 1/4 cup of epsom salt and baking soda. keep the water as hot as you can stand it.
