how about alex fierro in 3B??? because it's canon that alex does wear dresses (there's dresses in her room) and no one draws her wearing skirts or dresses. (i was gonna ask for hearthstone in 3E but someone beat me too it haha. though if you want to draw more hearth, shall i recommend 2A?)

You know what’s kind of exciting? Since gemstones are pretty much just elements and minerals compressed by gravity and and heat (and gravity and heat and those same elements exist pretty much throughout the known universe) it’s very likely that alien races, no matter how different their biology is from us, are going to encounter more or less the same gems and gemstones we have. So a planet of beings we could scarcely comprehend and that could scarcely comprehend us could watch a marriage proposal and still understand that a grand gesture of emotion is being made because, wouldn’t ya know, they exchange those same hyper compressed nuggets of carbon to express their affection too? What a wacky coincidence!
And then maybe there’s life in other places where the composition of their planet is vastly different and almost exclusively corundum and they have enormous mountains of emerald and sapphire and its their favorite building material because its so common and pretty and then they come to our planet and they’re like look! look at what those humans are wearing! and its emeralds and sapphires and they realize how highly we value and adore the basic building blocks of their home planet and their entire species just swells up with pride because those little squishy pink and brown aliens think their world is just as beautiful as they do.
And we all achieve a greater understanding and appreciation for each other because no matter how differently we may function or behave we all have a special appreciation for these colorful little lumps of pressure and heat that goes beyond our vastly different biology.
i thought about death last on a tuesday. i thought about how decay is supposed to smell sweet and i wondered what that meant for its taste. i have no intention to find out, though i know curiosity, like cat to mouse, has a way of digging her claws in.
i thought about life last night. not just the sunrise, or the stars. not just the way the world goes dizzy at the edges when you hold your breath, but the way that the air feels in the aftermath of a storm. particles lightning-charged with the same kind of life that lingers in the synapses of a brain at the edge of discovery.
this morning i thought about you. you. you are hard to fold into words. i find that your curves do not like the way sentences feel when i try to hold them up against you, to see if i caught your image within them. the comparison is as weak as i was when i saw you last tuesday, or when you smiled at me last night.
tonight? who knows. the thing is, i think these days i laugh more than i cry, but i still think about death. i haven’t looked at the stars in a while but i still see them, and i will always watch for storms. you do not complete me as i was a person before you, but i like that we could live alone. it means we choose not to.
I'm kinda ashamed to ask this, but could you make a tutorial on how to draw hands? ;A;
omg dont be ashamed at all!! Hands are generally tough to get used to, lots of artists struggle with it! so dont be ashamed i feel you.
and I actually have made a hand anatomy guide before in fact! If you want to get better at drawing hands I def recommend you learn the basic anatomy first. Please check out the ones I made, I try to make it simple and easy to understand:
There’s my guide to the anatomy, but here’s some more tips that I’ve noted to myself that I’d like to include
First off, I’d like to just note on the fingers: if you pay close attention to your own hand, you may notice the fingers are ever ever so slightly curved inward. It’s a very subtle detail, but I noticed that, despite how slight it is, it can make a hand look more lively, and less stiff.
Second, the “M” on the palm! Your hand moves in many ways, and because it does it creates creases in your hand. The most prominent creases appear to make an M shape; this is handy to remember for what I’m going to talk about next. (It also could be a “W” I guess, or to be more specific a “ )X( “; just think of it in whatever way helps you remember!)
SO now that you see the M, draw your hand as a basic blocked shape and add your details. As you do, you can see that the M divides the palm into four basic parts!
When the hand moves, parts A, B, or C of the palm, alone or in different combos, will create the general poses that the hands do normally. These parts are the parts that move, with D being stationary, no matter what!
Here’s a chart of all the possible combos. Once you have down what part of the hand moves for a certain pose, you can change up the fingers and tweak it a bit to do what you need to make it more specific!
This is simply my method of drawing hands. God knows there are hundreds of tutorials out there by other artists, but personally, this way helps me the best (after learning the anatomy first).
This way I can divide the hand and combine the parts in any such way I need!
Hands take a lot of effort to grapple, and you need to practice them a lot, especially foreshortening of the hand; that’s really something you need to learn through your own studies. Look at your own hands, draw hands from life, from magazines, shows, comics; just draw hands! You’ll eventually figure out a method that works best for you. So to get better at drawing hands; draw hands!! And don’t stress over it, have fun with it!
andrew joseph minyard, for all intents and purposes, does not want to associate himself with Anyone, if he could help it.
he does his group projects so efficiently, his classmates deem him the lifeguard to all group projects
he avoids having to sit in lunch with anyone save for renee and aaron, if he can
he’s always on the rush to get home because he can’t take just using pain meds to get rid of the horrible, horrible feeling of disorientation
he also has this long-standing dislike of jocks bolstered by either of 3 things: a) he’s a natural genius, b) he’s gay, and c) aaron had to assault one for getting andrew roofied at the freshman mixer.
ENTER: neil abram hatford
neil and kevin are new to The States. being friends since neil was eight (when kayleigh finally settled down from bumming around in ireland), kevin and neil were basically stuck to the hip.
they transferred to the US when kevin finally landed himself an exchange program in california, neil because he could, kevin because of his dad, and both because they were tired of the ravens at their old boarding school
as soon as the school year starts, both of our lovable idiots join the soccer team (sorry, no exy :( ). they take the same spanish class, the same history class, and even have the same lunch blocks. so basically, they do everything they did back in the UK
so technically second year debate team genius Andrew Minyard shouldn’t actually care about first year exchange student and jock Neil Hatford
Double-thick wigs are useful for all sorts of situations - they’re especially great for spiking because extra fiber creates an extra-thick spike, but they are also useful for characters who simply have a ton of wild hair, such as Jasper or Jiraiya. Even wig brands renown for their thick hair can’t hold a candle to a double-thick wig, especially when you double up on a wig style that was thick to start with.
A wighead and stand
A seam-ripper or small pair of scissors
Duckbill or alligator clips
Tacky glue or a needle & thread
Keep reading below to learn how to make your own super thick wig!

Emma wouldn’t say that she’s lonely. She’s actually the least lonely she’s ever been. She has close friends and even co-workers that she likes. She prefers being single—too many past hurts and the distinct lack of need for a significant other, especially one of the male variety, keeping her content.
But she has been a little… hard up, lately.
It’s not difficult for her to convince someone to take her to bed. It’s pretty damn easy actually; all it takes is something short and a come-hither smile. What is hard is finding someone that doesn’t repulse her and, even harder, finding the desire to go out in search of someone.
She’s been working hard lately—bills don’t pay themselves and all that. What started off as a desperate need to keep herself afloat became a steady job. So, while she’s stable enough to not need to work herself to death, she still feels the need to prove herself worthy and maintain her position. And the harder she works, the more responsibility her boss gives her, leading to her total exhaustion. The only free time she has she tends to spend watching Netflix or going out for the occasional drink with friends, not looking for someone to hook up with.
