It took time for me to post them, because I’m a little nervous and shy but.. These are my before and during pictures :) (sorry for the bad quality).

I’ve started my journey at the end of March/beginning of April: I did the 30 days shred for 14 days, then I had to interrupt it because of flu and kidney stones; I also had to study hard for my graduation. So I sorta give up. But I really wanted to continue, and this made me a bit “depressed”.

Now that school is over and summer is here, I’m free to dedicate myself only to my body and my mind. I’ve started to eat right again (with some exceptions obviously), I’ve been doing the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd for 2 weeks.. and these are my results. It’s not so much, but I’m pretty proud of myself, because I can see my body is changing! I’m much more confident, cheerful with everybody.. exercising makes me HAPPY!

This made me understand that you don’t need to go on stupid diets to have the body you want. You don’t need to get sick to look like a model or a celebrity. The change has to start from your mind. Only you can control yourself. And.. NEVER GIVE UP! You are able to change and, most of all, you ALL deserve to be happy! :)

I have definitely blogged this SEVERAL times in the past, but because I love it so much and I JUST finished doing this for the first time in a month or so… I’M BLOGGING IT AGAIN!

Still kicks my butt every time even after having done this workout a bajillion times! The better you get, the more intensity and power you put into each move and the better and harder of a workout it becomes, so you can literally just keep doing this workout throughout all levels- whether you’re a beginner or advanced!

This is right at home, so you don’t need a gym or weights to get a GREAT high-intensity workout!

Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Complete Workout

45 minute workout + warm up and cool down! 

DO IT! This is literally my absolute favorite at-home video workout, and I’ve done P90X- not the 90 day thing but I’ve tried everything from plyo to yoga, Insanity- only two weeks but I’ve still tried it all, and a bunch of other random things here and there. This workout still kicks my butt, even though I’ve done it probably a million times in total. And I love it.

Jillian Michaels’ Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Circuit 1. Just finished this, and it really gets you going. It’s basically kickboxing, which I find really fun, and you really break a sweat! :)

jesus christ im so sore after doing this video yesterday. super A++ recommendation! it’s a 55 minute aerobic cardio blast with a lot of bodyweight moves and you don’t need anything but an hour and maybe a yoga mat. if you don’t have access to a gym or don’t wanna go outside or just wanna try something new to burn a shitload of calories and get your ass kicked, DO THIS.

So I just did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

…that was easy.

I worked harder than all of them. Yawn.

I even twisted my ankle a bit while I was doing the jumps, but I laid on the floor for a sec, banging it up and down while yelling “Wake up, buddy!” Needless to say I was back at it in less than a minute.

Just call me a tough bitch. And I’ll say thanks :)

Have started alternating between No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Both workouts by my lovely Jillian Michaels burn around 400 calories each, which is fabulous! I’m also doing my run three times a week! They kick your ass, totally recommended!

Just finished Banish fat boost metabolism, everything hurts. Both excited about run later and dreading it!
