Fitness is like gardening. If you sow a seed, you don’t come back the next day and don’t start digging in the soil to see if the plant has already begun to grow. The same applies to working out. You can’t do a work out and stand in front of the mirror the next day expecting to see your muscles already growing and fat melting. Trust the process. It is a slow one but it is happening. The change is already happening deep within but you have to wait a few weeks or months to finally see it. But once you do, you will feel proud and accomplished.

Afternoon snack. I’ve been feeling tired and sluggish ever since I woke up and working out for over an hour didn’t help either.
It is also one of those days when it is slightly cold and you can wear your spring jacket, there are rain showers thorought the day, everything around is emerald green and blooming and these kinds of days just make me miss Dublin so much that my heart aches.

I just came back from yoga, we had this amazing meditation with colors. Suddenly, I had a brilliant idea.

The Happiness Rainbow is your own rainbow, at the end of the day, you have collected colors. Draw your own rainbow and see which colors are missing. Can you still fix that? Try to get all the colors every day! I hope this will bring happiness to you! I really believe colors are stronger than words. You can write down how you feel, but why not draw it with the colors?

Another warm oatmeal breakfast on this cold, rainy morning. This is just my standard oatmeal recipe, topped with a fresh, ripe nectarine and some frozen berries. The berries thaw in the oatmeal and just get beautifully runny and tart, which I love. It’s comfort in a bowl.

I made my first own soy milk yesterday and I had a lot of the soy pulp left so I decided to try and make patties out of It and they turned out so well, like ..??!! 😍
They taste amazing.
And the best thing is that a package of soy is like 1 euro and I used only a third of it and I got milk for a couple of days and patties for 3 lunches out of it!
