It’s spelled latka. You implied that you wanted to know the correct spelling, so here it is. Also, to answer Tommy’s question, a latka cart is a cart full of potato pancakes. A latka is a potato pancake. Can’t wait to see the “agents” bit.

I found out it was a potato pancake, a Jewish dish right? The image of Michael Ornstein eating also helped. I did one extensive internet search and decided to go with latke because that seemed to be the way more people spelled it. I’m starting to think that both latka and latke are correct. I’m sticking with latke, if only because i can’t change it anymore, but thanks for the reply!
