My puff dough is getting better and better, my croissants looked okay-ish (totally the wrong shape tho) before I put them in the oven but after… hm, but tasted very yummy. My danish however look pretty good if I may say so myself. Just getting some icing on and they are done!
Donut balls sounds very nice, very nice indeed but it is kind of meh. Donuts should be bigger and cover your whole face with sugar, you should have to chew a little and there should be a few bites there not just one little ball… first disappointment of Bake more 2014
I thought I had a great idea for a new years resolution but nope. I was going to bake all the pastries that’s in the calendar, like October 4 is “Cinnamon Bun Day” and stuff like that but it turns out that a lot of the pastries that have their own day in the Swedish calendar is kind of… not tasty. I mean, we don’t have a donuts day :O Maybe my new years resolution should just be to bake more?
