I’ve been getting into recording my workouts because I suck at explaining my workouts so it’s better to show then tell. When I work my arms, I work everything. Biceps triceps shoulders, and back. It’s the ONLY way I’ll ever get accomplished because I work on my legs all the time. These two great workouts are the bomb diggity for your back and shoulders (PS: all my reps I do are slow and controlled, had to speed up the video to get just those two to fit in one slide)
