Stressed? Overwhelmed? Hopefully these help you as much as they did me.

I know semesters end can be really stressful, especially with whatever other issues are going on, and with work piling up. I feel similar. I spent some time collecting making this post for mostly self reference, and hopefully they will help others as well.

Just remember, taking breaks are Ok. They aren’t a waste of time. “To quote a friend of mine. If you’re so stressed that you’ll do 12 hours of productive work in 48, but you could relax for 4 hours and then get in 16, you’ve profited.“

  • (Need someone to talk to? This place will link you up with a random trained listener to help you get through things, or just hear you out. They are very nice.)
  • (ten minute video of clouds forming and dissapating at time lapse speed)

  • (really nice guided calming website)
  • Oh. one last thing. It looks wonderful and helps me a lot.

If things are really serious, and you don’t know what to do: 1-800-273-8255. It is the national suicide prevention hotline. Even if you don’t plan on suicide, they help a lot with serious stress and emotion related crises as well. They are nice, calm, helpful and friendly. Asking for help is ok. Wether it is from friends, acquaintances or a hotline. We all need help sometimes. You arent being a burden. It is a nornal thing to do and it is part of what makes us human.
