Birthday Mess

This is a drabble for @friskycupcake

First, I would like to say Happy Birthday! And may all your wishes come true!

Title: Birthday Mess

Pairing: Steve Rogers x reader

I woke up, the sun shine pooling in through my window. I stretched and the arm around my waist tightened. I turned to face Steve, half asleep, slightly snoring. I giggled turning over. He looked so good in the morning, I gently traced his jaw with my index finger, stifling my giggles as I watched him move, his nose twitching. I lifted my hand ready to get him to awake when his eyes suddenly flew open and he pinned me onto the bed. I laughed trying to get him off me, his blue eyes raking over my features as his baby blues settled on mine.

“Happy Birthday Doll” he whispered and pressed his lips onto my forehead, his arms wrapping around me. I closed my eyes enjoying the moment. Steve slowly lifted me up, my eyes glanced at the clock and the numerals 1030 stared back at me. “I’ll make you breakfast” I said as I attempted to get up, only to be pinned down, my head sinking into the pillow. “It’s your birthday, shouldn’t I be the one cooking? I’ll make you those pancakes you love” he said a grin on his face.

“Steve honey, you nearly burnt our kitchen down the last time you tried for our anniversary” I stated chuckling when he seemed disappointed. “But we could do it together!” I suggested tickling his sides laughing as he tumbled off me, I got up grabbing one of Steve’s shirts and ran off to kitchen. I heard his footsteps and laughed as he held me close.

“You’re never getting away from me doll, I love you so much” he said softly as he wrapped his arms around my waist, his lips pressing against my head. “So, about the pancakes?” I asked. “Let’s do it” Steve replied enthusiastically.

“Steve the flour!” I yelled and burst into laughter as I watched him end with the whole packet on flour on him. He glared at me playfully and stretched his arms out. “Steve, come on, we’re not doing this” I said backing away as he came closer. I giggled and ran for the room only to have him pick me up, holding me tight. “I want a hug (y/n)” he said as I struggled laughing. He wrapped his arms around me.

“I love you, happy birthday sweetheart” Steve said a smile on his face.

“And I love you Rogers”

Hope you liked it!

Prompt: “I’m sorry, what? I keep getting lost in your eyes.”
A/N: I hope you enjoy this!

You held the Women’s Championship high over your head as a smile stretched across your face. You had just beaten Becky for the title and now’s when your storyline was changing. Since AJ held the WWE title, you and him would have to have an on-screen relationship and become the new “IT” couple. And on cue, out came AJ.

He stepped into the ring, and looked at you as if he was about to pounce on your body.

“What do you want?” You asked into the microphone, looking into AJs baby blues.

He smile down at your smaller frame, “you.” He spoke.

“Well, I can’t say I want same thing, so please leave my ring while I celebrate MY victory with these wonderful people!” You told him, with the crowd erupting in cheers.

“I’m sorry, what? I keep getting lost in your eyes.” He smirked at you, as he stepped closer and his gloved hand caressed your face.

Your head naturally fell toward his hand, as it cradled your face now.

“You want me, just as much as I want you. And you know it, this city knows it, hell everyone backstage know it too, sweetcheeks. Just say yes, and you can have it all.” He said into the microphone, leaning towards you at the end.

You were inches apart from each other before you ducked under AJs arm, and slid out if the ring walking towards the back.

“If you want me, come and get me.” You smiled, before disappearing behind the curtain and away from the crowd.

Click here to order my new sketch book!

Its finally here!  My latest sketch book is stuffed to the gills with drawings and comics I’ve done in the past year or so.  With a title like “Oh My God.. I’m A Mom you might be wondering what it could possibly be about.  Well, ever since I first became preggers, the theme of babies and motherhood has popped up in my work from time to time.  Just a tad.  To be honest, drawing about my experiences helped me keep my sanity, or at least what little I had to begin with.  This book chronicles the sweet highs and bewildering lows of becoming a new mom, and hopefully you’ll find it full of humor, sassafras, and plenty of “d'aaawwww…lookit the baby!”  If you’ve ever enjoyed or shared my drawings like the ones above, have a look-see!  This mama would be ever so obliged.
