Request from anonymous: Prompts “You hide it in jokes and sarcasm, but I can see how broken you are” and “Who did this to you?”
Thank you anon! I decided to base this around Umbridge’s year (Order of the Phoenix) and the reader was Cedric’s best friend and is dating Draco, and Umbridge says that Cedric’s death was just an accident and says bad things about him so they stand up for him and get punished.
**** NOTE!! The lesson is not based on the actual lesson, therefore it is not word for word!!! :)****
Lucy is the reverse Umbridge of Narnia. No matter what, The Harry Potter fandom is united in their hate of a character that they want to die, and we are united in love of a character we want to protect.
Hands down the most iconic part of Harry Potter is when Umbridge is being taken away and she begs him “please Potter, tell them I meant no harm!” and Harry, after cutting the words into his hand so many times it’s another scar he can never get rid of, replies “sorry professor, but I must not tell lies”. Like, forget “no need to call me sir, professor” that line is nothing compared to Harry’s brutal takedown of Umbridge. And using her very words against her???? Harry might not be all that smart but god damn can that boy give a burn
